I went there on a friend's recommendation. I had a hair transplant. They gave me free PRP treatment for 12 months. My hair took root beautifully. My friend's hair hadn't taken root, so they transplanted it again for free. In my operation, there's no visible scar on one side, but the donor areas are very noticeable on the other, and I can't get my hair cut short. The front of the transplant looks natural, but because it was transplanted in a single row backwards, it's very obvious that it's a transplant. This is the most important point, and it bothered me the most. I don't think the people who did the donor work and transplanted were experienced. I never saw the doctor, and he never saw me. I went to get a muscle transplant to replace my stress-damaged muscles, based on a friend's recommendation, but the staff were very indifferent, just like what's written here. They said I needed PRP treatments every month. How was I supposed to know? The staff should have told me, scheduled an appointment, and said it would be done monthly after the transplant. Most of the transplanted muscles fell out; they didn't take, and I still have bald patches. As for the PRP, it's been 7 months and not a single person mentioned it. Should I be upset about the pain, the money wasted, or the indifference despite being an acquaintance? They shaved my eyebrows to draw a line easily and then told me stories about how the area was empty and now it's full. Furthermore, when I told the doctor, instead of being embarrassed and angry about the staff's indifference, he gave me arrogant answers, which is another disgrace. 7 months have passed, most of the muscles weren't supported in time, they fell out, and the money was wasted. Instead of giving me advice, you should be making ridiculous statements behind patients' backs while doing your job. Teach your nurses, who are too busy gossiping and can't do their jobs properly, how to do their jobs so that people don't suffer... The transplanted eyebrows are all crooked, one pointing to the right, one to the left, one down, one somewhere else, with empty spaces in between; it's driving me crazy just looking at them. Nearly 600 eyebrows were transplanted, and most of them fell out because of their incompetence. I don't forgive them for this.

I had my Ekim procedure done on January 23, 2025, and today is December 26, 2025. I'm leaving my review 11 months later. I brought three more friends after me. Thank you to everyone involved…

Once you have it done, you'll understand what I mean. Also, the center isn't a place that haggles over money. It's incomparable to other beauty centers.
