Honestly, the clinic is amazing in terms of service and treatment, the doctor is great at his work, his hand is silky smooth, he is very good at sewing, his treatment is very nice and wonderful, and all the medical staff who work with him, whether in the clinic or the hospital, and I would like to mention in particular Nagham, she is very cooperative, kind, helpful and speaks Arabic, and this is not my first time dealing with them, I have dealt with them more than once and with more than one procedure and I will definitely repeat the experience, and thank God I made the right choice. Everything was great, right up until the procedure (the so-called liplift). Communication, attention, etc. Payment was received, the procedure was completed, and the doctor disappeared. No proper information was provided about wound care. When I asked questions, I received no effective response. When I went to the clinic for a wound care or bandage change, they said they would do it themselves. They wouldn't have done it if I hadn't insisted. No information was given about the stitch removal process, no follow-up, and they removed the stitches because I insisted. Furthermore, they said, "They're dissolvable stitches, they don't remove them." They're unaware of the materials used in the procedure. This is a very uncaring and unsuccessful clinic. Furthermore, I have to pay extra for the treatment of this wound. I can't even go back to the clinic and tell them to fix this because they're terrible, and I don't think they have the equipment to fix it (they said it would take 6 months to a year to heal, and it's been a year, and unfortunately, nothing has changed).
