Dr. Mustafa Öztürk is not only a professional doctor, but also a very good listener. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and humane approach throughout the treatment process. He is one of the rare physicians who makes you feel safe explaining your needs and patiently answers all your questions. His cheerful demeanor is half the battle! His accurate guidance, speed and expertise in treatment, and professional experience are truly admirable. He is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy doctors I have ever met. I would also like to thank his talented team, who have excellent communication skills.

If there were 10 stars, I would give 10 stars. Mr. Mustafa is truly excellent in his field. I decided to go because I saw he was a Hacettepe graduate, and I'm so glad I did. He is an extremely friendly, understanding, and patient gentleman. You know how painful lip filler procedures can be. Unlike other clinics, he doesn't just apply useless cream and then perform the filler painfully. He numbs the area first, then performs the procedure. This way, you don't feel any pain during the filler application. The numbing phase is a little painful, but it's incomparable to the pain of the filler itself. He warns you beforehand about any minor stinging sensations. He also doesn't use substandard products, which is a very important point. He even provides a certificate for the filler he uses. Another thing I need to mention is how friendly and helpful his staff are. Ms. Tuana and a woman whose name I believe/remember is Sunay explained the entire process and were very helpful. Mr. Mustafa himself probably couldn't have written this review like this, but they truly deserve praise. You can go with complete peace of mind.

I had my bichectomy done here and I'm really happy with the result. From the first day, both the information and the attention were very professional. My recovery process went more smoothly than I expected, and my facial features have a much more defined, natural look. It's a noticeable change, not exaggerated. I wholeheartedly recommend it to those who are hesitant. 🤍

Three weeks ago, I had my initial consultation, and I confess I even dragged my husband along, being quite nervous :) Believe me, I didn't expect this much attention and kindness at our first meeting. Whether it was the time I called or my messages, the same kind and attentive approach continued for these three weeks :) And believe me, every question I asked, relevant or irrelevant, was answered with such informative and detailed explanations... I'm not the type of person to make a move without understanding the cause-and-effect relationship in my mind. After establishing the cause-and-effect relationship, I need to internalize the result, both the positives and negatives. And today is that day :) After three weeks, my Mini Neck Lift surgery was performed thanks to the meticulous work of Dr. Mustafa Öztürk, whom I already considered a respected, kind, and expert surgeon, and Ms. Tuanna, the loving, respectful, and caring operating nurse. My first check-up will be in a week. I will update you here on the situation and developments. It's only been 2 hours since my operation, but I'm already feeling happy that it was 'one of the best decisions I've ever made'. ;) Update 1: Ms. Zümrüt called last night and asked about my condition and how I was doing; what a kind attitude; she said I could call her 24/7 if I had any questions or needed anything. I spent my first night using two pillows (apparently because the neck area needs to be higher than the heart; controlling blood flow is important, of course) and didn't experience any problems. Today I changed my cream, did a light massage, and changed my cotton bandages. I don't have any troublesome pain or uncomfortable discomfort. Anyway, whatever you experience in the first 24 hours after surgery, the following days will be better, right? This means I'll comfortably reach my first check-up on Saturday. I hope this has been a helpful summary for those considering such a procedure but still hesitant. Thank you again for everything :)

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Mustafa and his staff. His knowledge is one of a kind and in my opinion he's one of the best plastic surgeons in Ankara. I went to see others before choosing him. I had a mini neck left close to 2 months ago, and I couldn't be happier with the results. See pictures attached. From beginning to end, Dr. Mustafa was very attentive and answered all of my questions. While conducting the procedure he explained each step he was taking, which helped me be more comfortable. After the procedure I had access to the Doctor and his staff. If I had any questions, they were quickly answered. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Mustafa and his amazing staff. ALL of his staff is amazing, the nurses, reception, all of them. Thank you, thank you!!!! I am very happy with everything.
