I had a personal recommendation from a friend as she also had the procedure herself a year before. I am so happy to have had Ertan advising me on every step. He was always on hand both day and night and nothing was ever too much to ask. When I met Dr Manav he made me feel relaxed and confident with my decision. The procedure was short, painless and good value for money. Most importantly I am so impressed with my eyelids after so many years of droopy skin. Absolutely fantastic surgeon and team. Was looked after from months before and still in contact now. Have had two surgeries now (breast lift, and 360 lipo and tummy tuck) The scars from uplift are barely visible 11 months on and tummy tuck (3 weeks ago) is healing well (despite a complication - I developed a cold/flu shortly after and the continuous coughing/sneezing resulted in wound dehisense). I had a very disappointing experience. I asked several questions, but the doctor responded by rolling their eyes and speaking in a dismissive tone. Both my husband and I went with the intention of getting proper information about procedures such as facelift and other aesthetic surgeries, as this clinic was recommended to us.
