I had my hair prosthesis applied at New Hair and I am very happy with the result. Mr. Ömer takes care of the maintenance; he is truly knowledgeable, very meticulous and professional. He works meticulously to ensure the prosthesis looks natural with each maintenance, and you feel safe. The team is also very attentive. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I've been using hair prostheses since 2018, and during this time, I've had many experiences with approximately 5-6 different corporate firms in Ankara and Izmir, both in terms of maintenance and ordering new units. Despite spending a lot of money, I hadn't been able to find a unit that looked natural, matched my hair type, and truly satisfied me. The color tone was also very important to me. After researching and knowing several people who had them done, I got a hair prosthesis from New Hair last week. I really liked the natural look, the density of the hair, the color, and the cut that suited my face shape and sides (because I had a hair transplant before and my sides are a bit thin). Also, the attentiveness and especially the experience of the staff was very important. They even called after the procedure to inquire about my satisfaction and get feedback. Thank you very much again for everything; I am very pleased. As someone with experience, I recommend that anyone considering getting one done here can do so with complete peace of mind.

We did a lot of research and finally, thanks to a friend who also had her hair done at this center, we came to the Newhair Izmir branch. First of all, the quality of the materials is truly amazing. It's like natural hair; I didn't feel anything on my head the first day. I even bought a package deal now. I was very surprised by the staff; they are both talented and all take ownership of the place as if it were their own. As you know, it's hard to find good employees these days, but the team is truly fantastic. Hüseyin Bey is wonderful in hair design, Ömer Bey, my young colleague, is very attentive and his haircuts are superb. Aslıhan and Sude Hanım in sales, and Yüksel Bey in technical support are truly incredible in their work and helpful. I left very happy. I don't usually write reviews, but go and see the difference. The maintenance fees are normal; they don't take advantage of the situation, they don't have a "sell and it's over" mentality. Apologies if we forgot anyone. In 2021, I visited many companies in Izmir looking for hair prosthetics, and compared to their competitors, New Hair is far ahead in this sector. Their top priority seems to be customer satisfaction. They never gave me a single negative experience in this regard. Their staff, in particular, were always smiling. You can entrust yourself to them with complete peace of mind.

This is a business that would have been given 10 stars even if it were 10 years old. The attention and care are top-notch. We came here for my boyfriend. We found this place thanks to my research. I'm so glad we did. I can't find the words to describe it. Other than that, it's clean, comfortable, and, to reiterate, the attention is amazing. I think this might be the best in Izmir. We'd like to thank Hüseyin Bey. And also the ladies who always take care of us. And when the staff sees the customers happy, they're even happier than the customers themselves. They're completely focused on your satisfaction. That's exactly what they do.
