They ruined my friend nose operation, they showed little care or empathy to fix after clear disform photos. It is in worse shape than it was before. Dealing with Sarah and Sameh from their clinic were the worst I’ve ever been treated and the doctor lacked the knowledge. Take my advice do your research before committing to a life changing surgery, you don’t want to get stuck with the pain. I’ve placed a complaint with the Turkish medical board too . This can be removed only if they fix the issue

PLEASE - DO NOT USE NATURAL CLINIC FOR RHINOPLASTY OPERATIONS THEY’RE A CORRUPT AND UNETHICAL PRACTICE. February of 2025 both I and a friend who I referred undertook a RHINOPLASTY operation. It was odd at first that the consult was unprofessional (no proper 3D imaging etc was done, just rough sketch) rather I felt they were rushing me to get me in & out for payment and on my way. Due to lack of time and needing to return to my home country, I proceeded with the operation only to find after the swelling had subdued that my nose was in a worse state than originally. A protruding bone had formed on my left nose bridge, tip of my nose was larger than hig b expected, length, width was not reduced at all. For MONTHS I contacted my Consultant Sarah & Sameh who I found to have broken English, not being able to communicate clearly by way of text expressing my concern - for months I’ve walked with a deformed nose and by way of benefit of doubt I requested that a revision surgery be taken place after 6 months with a new Doctor not the original doctor who performed the operation. For months and still to this day they have not returned to approve my request. They have showed little regard, empathy, or compassion. They have showed traits of greediness and selfish practice. They’re not reliable. If I can give anyone advice is to do your research and homework on the clinic, history and doctor’s credentials

We returned to the Natural Clinic in Istanbul. My father had no problems during his first visit; everything was organized and comfortable. However, this time, the experience was unfortunately soured. We've been at the clinic for about an hour now, and they still haven't provided us with a Russian-speaking interpreter, despite notifying the clinic in advance of our visit and the need for translation. Meanwhile, no one has paid us any attention, and the staff has repeatedly told us we need to wait "10 minutes," which has long since passed. Furthermore, there were issues with the transfer: we waited a long time for a car, and we were initially told the wrong gate, which added to the stress. Overall, it feels completely disorganized. For an international clinic, this level of service is disappointing, especially when it comes to patients and their time. We hope these issues will be addressed and the service improved.

Sinceramente pensavo che eravate più professionali però me e stato detto prima un prezzo poi un altro che a la fine ho deciso di non fare più il intervento e practiacamnete al inizio mi hanno obbligata a fare un acconto una volta che ho fatto il acconto mi hanno alzato il prezzo del intervento adesso e da un messe che sto dietro al rimborso e nessuno mi sa rispondere non posso rimane con il soldi de altre persone non e gusto

Имел неосторожность обратиться в клинику по имплантации зубов, хотели развести меня на 1.000 евро, дали мне бумагу что у меня гепатит C, мне надо оплатить 1.000 евро. Я сказал что у меня нету, оплачу на второй визит, по приезду в Праге сдал анализы гепатит отрицательный🙉 Куратора в клинике зовут МАРК
