MILANO CLINIC

My family and I have had several experiences with Milano Klinik over the years, and unfortunately, the standard of care has remained consistently disappointing. Recently, my mum and aunt underwent two separate surgeries there. As expected, the clinic is extremely attentive before you commit — quick replies, warm follow-ups, and a lot of enthusiasm while securing your booking. But once the surgeries are done, the level of care drops drastically. Their post-operative care is genuinely poor. Years ago, I went through a procedure with them myself and hoped things would have improved since then. Sadly, this was not the case. Despite my mum and aunt being older and clearly needing more attentive medical support, the clinic provided very minimal follow-up and showed little concern for their comfort or recovery. There was no proper monitoring and barely any guidance during the critical healing stage. Additionally, the behaviour of some of the nurses was concerning. Many of the girls working there seemed more focused on themselves — almost self-obsessed — and did not demonstrate the professionalism you would expect in a healthcare environment. Being attended to right after they had gone out for a cigarette was especially off-putting, something we would never see in the healthcare sector back home in Singapore.

I’m so glad I had it done at Milano Clinic honestly, I wish I had done it earlier. The results turned out beautifully. Our doctor took such good care of us. A truly amazing and professional doctor who does excellent work. The entire staff was also very kind and attentive. Hello everyone, me and my wife were at this clinic. I had a hair transplantation and nose job, while my wife had a tummy tuck. Our results are terrible. we regret deeply coming to this clinic. After the surgery, i could not find a contact person. All they did was to get our money and then ghost us. My wife is in depression now because she looks worse than before. We paid already a great deal of money to feel better with ourselves now we look worse. There is nothing good about this clinic. The hotel, hospital, nurses and doctors are all terrible. There are many better clinics than this one in Istanbul. we know it from our friends. please choose wisely. And look at the recent reviews of this clinic. All 5 stars with not even one bad one. Fake clinic fake reviews. Please stay away from these scammers

Great experience in Milano clinic , very organized was able to plan everything as it was scheduled for . Very satisfied with the results as MD who helped me was very knowledgeable and made me feel that I am as safe as if I am doing the procedure at home. Seyda did an awesome job planing organizing and being patient with all the changes that had to done. Love the experience with Milano clinic and recommend it to anyone who would like to do it.
