I have just completed my first visit to Medico Clinic in Istanbul for all-on-6 implants on both arches coming from Texas, USA. I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I received. From my initial contact with my dental consultant, Steve, about a year ago, everything has been clearly explained to me. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. The entire team—including the transportation drivers, the office staff, and Dr. Mohammad Al Nasrallah, who performed my bone graft and implants—has been incredibly professional. Dr. Al Nasrallah was wonderful, and I was very comfortable and felt no pain. I was also very impressed with the punctuality regarding both my transportation and clinic appointments. I'm really excited for my next visit to complete the process!! Thanks Medico Clinic!

I visited a dental clinic Medico in Istanbul earlier this year and was truly impressed by the quality of care. The clinic was modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology. My dentist Dr. Sabanci took time to explain each procedure clearly, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. All the staff were polite, attentive, and spoke good English, making communication easy. I had several treatments done, including a dental implant surgery and a crown precedure, and everything was painless and efficient. The prices were very reasonable compared to what I would pay in Canada. I also appreciated that the clinic followed strict hygiene standards and used top-quality materials. Appointments ran on time, and the overall experience felt well-organized and professional. The hotel I stayed at was a five-star property with exellent service. The transfer from and to airport was also covered by the Medico clinic. I also like to express my gratitude to the clinic's manager, Lana. She is a true professional who knows how to handle any situation. She speaks 5 languages, which is extremely important when working with patients coming from all over the world. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey.

I just wanna give advice for everybody. I had a really bad experience with medico clinic. it’s a scam company doctors they’re good but it’s all about money. Your health doesn’t matter for them. They will tell you something doctor tell you something and the salesman. He will just talk about money and tell you do implant when the doctor tell you you don’t need it. I was so confused. I fly from Chicago to Istanbul to get ripped off and after that they asked me for $800 for one night at a hotel and bringing me from the airport, there is a salesman human called Bilal. While he’s selling me talking to me about my teeth, he had the worst attitude you could ever seen. I’m just telling my experience I don’t want no one to go through where I went through. It was terrible …(((people were sitting there in the same clinic. They already start working with them. They told me they give them a price and after they start they raise the price way much more )))…. i’m sure all the reviews they get by from China. Nothing real I swear on everything it’s all a scam. they ruined my whole trip

After two experiences with this clinic, I can confidently say that the customer service is excellent and very friendly, the doctors are professional, and the surgeons are outstanding. The quality of the dental work and implants was excellent. I was genuinely impressed by the doctors’ kind and respectful behavior. The transportation service to the clinic was also great, with very polite drivers. However, be very careful with the billing, because both times I went, I encountered unexpected price changes. I was lucky to have extra money with me. Their accounting system is truly poor and unreliable. Whatever price they initially quote you is not the final one — be prepared for a significant change. Both times, this aspect really disappointed me. So, be very cautious with your money. Other than that, the rest of the service is excellent.
