Magic Smile Turkey

Only put 1 star as i cant put zero stars. At first they treat you well but once the money is taken, it all changes. I have had to return 5 times due to poor quality bridges. The first set i had fitted they altered my bit and I couldn't eat or speak properly and subsequently they broke within 2 weeks. I had to take another week of work to go back and get a new set, they didn't fix the bite issue and just fitted the new set in exactly the same way. Again they all chipped and became sharp. No matter when I tried to arrange my booking they kept telling me the hotel was fully booked because they were only allocated a certain amount of rooms. This is a compete lie as magic smile.own the hotel Azzuu!! Whilst there getting more surgey on my 4th visit (mainly because I kept getting infections in the teeth the convinced me not to take out on my first surgery) i walked round to hotel Azzuu to try and book a room to be told by the receptionist that I had been Blacklisted from the hotel!! On my flight home from getting.my second surgery my temporary dentures snapped before the plane had even landed, ( I wasn't even eating with them) I have since had my third set of zirconium teeth(full arch top and bottom) the top ser have snapped in the middle and half has fell off the implants. The bottom set have also snapped and 2 thirds of the bridge are loose on the implants. Magic smile won't accept.any responsibility for their sub standard service and low quality zirconium bridges and expect me to pay again for a new set. Legal proceedings seem to be the only way forward now

I just started my journey in 16 December 2025. From the very start Magic Smile made me feel so welcome and relaxed about the treatment. Magic smile talked me through the treatment plan in a hotel Manchester. When I travel to Antalya everything was genuine. Everything about About Magic smile was perfect the pick up from airport, the transportation from hotel to surgery, hospital then back. The surgery is 100% perfectly staffs are all very friendly. So please with gp surgery staffs the whole crew and the hotel staffs Azuu hotel. Sevil, big thanks for making me feel like am home. Now waiting the implant to heal hopefully be be back soon to finish up the job in 4months or 6. Can’t wait for my to have treatment completed! I'm so happy how the surgery takes place was scared but turns to be different I started eating after few hours!! The following days like nothing after having 6implants installed. Thank you all staff especially The Dr that did surgery is really so professional I can’t remember the name exactly but I think Ali ❤️. See you all very soon keep the great job. Best dentist in Antalya. Went to the road show in England for a consultation. Got my plan and my price. Went to Antalya for treatment, very good clinic and hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Saw other clinics and spoke to people and nowhere was as proffesional or value for money as Magic Smile. Very good treatment, great outcome and very happy with all aspects of the service given. My new teeth are brilliant and would recommend this clinic to anyone. Now ready to take my nephew there for treatment.

I was recommended Magic smile by some work colleagues who had new teeth, I spoke to a few different people, each person who's teeth i liked had all been to magic smile. I came out in August '25 initially, all the staff at the clinic and hotel were professional and kind. I came back out a week before Christmas, the 1st set of teeth were too big and i didn't feel confident, they were happy to make a new set for me which were much better. Thank you for all your help and kindness, I now have nice teeth and a confident smile 😃

I came here for teeth whitening and my mom had her implants done, and everything was honestly on the highest level. The dentists were careful, skilled, and made us feel completely comfortable. The service is amazing, the staff are kind and attentive, and the whole experience went better than we expected. Turkey is wonderful, the people are great, the food is incredible, and this clinic really stands out. We’re both very happy we chose this place.
