Dr. Ekrem examined my X-rays in detail and explained calmly and clearly that my tooth could be treated. He was incredibly attentive throughout the treatment process; he explained every step, patiently answered my questions, and constantly reassured me. He meticulously completed the root canal treatment in a single appointment. He is a wonderful person. His hands are incredibly light, and I didn't feel a single ounce of pain throughout the procedure. He also has a very humorous approach; he both lightens the mood and conveys his true expertise. His professional and reassuring demeanor makes the patient feel, "I'm in the right hands." He not only attended to my problematic tooth but also to my other teeth individually, providing the necessary guidance. I'm writing under my own name because I want the doctor to know how bad I feel and who I'm writing under. After intense toothache, they persistently recommended Pınar ARTUKASLAN at 5 a.m. I had made appointments at two private hospitals at the time, but since it was close to the hotel I was staying in, the pain continued, so I had to choose Pınar Hanım and went. They were very helpful from the start. However, they told me the only solution was to have my tooth extracted. I asked repeatedly, but they said I just had to have it extracted. I had to make the choice with that pain. They numbed my mouth a few times, but only my tongue went numb. When they tried to extract it, it hurt so much. Believe me, I've never experienced such pain in my life. They didn't even check if it was numb. They numbed it again, but it still wasn't. She was numbed a final time. While I was waiting, another patient, I think, was getting prosthetic teeth. I don't know her name exactly. She suddenly yelled at the woman, got angry, and my hands and feet started shaking.
