The clinic staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. But Selena, went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! I really appreciated having a dedicated translator present the entire time. It removed any language barrier and allowed me to fully understand the procedure, aftercare instructions, and what to expect throughout the process. Another detail that stood out was the first post procedure cleaning being included and handled by their team. That level of follow through shows how much they genuinely care about patient outcomes, not just the procedure itself. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I have one word I have one word: WONDERFUL! I was guided from the airport until my last minute by Nafissa. Her professionalism is beyond mesure. The hotel and it's people make you feel like a prince. The clinic is what you would except from the best clinics anywhere in Europe. Dr. Ayhan made sure that all follicules where implanted in the right angle and in the right proportion. A clockwork job on precision. A very special thanks for the two technicians Aysel and Fadume that worked tireless to execute the job and made me laugh so many times. 10 days today after the implant and I have no more signs that it was ever done. The result is natural and even. At the airport I could see on other people the difference when it was made elsewhere than Vita clinic. I can recommend without any doubt, If you want the best, Vita Clinic is your destination. Thank you so much for your commitment with me. I took two sessions of DHI + a mixed procedure with sedation at Vita Clinic. I ended up getting two sessions because of a communication issue, but the procedures themselves were much easier than the single surgery I had at another clinic. I had no bleeding after the second day, and both the donor area and the transplanted area healed much faster than the FUE I underwent last year. I bled a lot last time. With sedation, there was absolutely no pain. They have an excellent sedation specialist, and his pleasant personality really helped reduce anxiety. Wherever you go, make sure to get DHI with sedation — it truly makes a difference. I received fewer grafts than what the representative initially promised due to the limitations of my donor area. The doctors at Vita Clinic will examine your scalp closely and explain roughly how much they can safely harvest, and the estimated graft count is written on their form. Make sure to check that number, ask about the possible margin (how many more or less it could be), sign it, and keep a copy for yourself. The final graft count may differ from what the doctor told you depending on your actual scalp condition. After the procedure, they provide a legally binding certificate showing the exact number of grafts implanted. This is very important and reassuring because many other clinics don’t offer this, which means you'll never know what you actually received. You can’t just rely on verbal claims, and without a written certificate, there is no guarantee. They also have translators available, so don’t hesitate to ask for one whenever needed. It’s best to clarify everything before being sedated. If you experience any issues, the clinic owner, Mr. Basol, will do his best to resolve them with respect and sincerity. I have mixed feelings because I wasn’t able to receive as many grafts as I had hoped, but that was due to my donor limitations, not the clinic. I truly believe the clinic owner, doctors, and staff did their best, and my five-star review is an appreciation of their efforts. Their expertise in hair transplant procedures was evident, as they demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and provided thorough explanations at every step. Fadime's technical skills were impressive, ensuring that the procedure was carried out with precision. Aysel's warm demeanor made me feel comfortable, and her guidance through the process was invaluable. Tuğçe's extensive experience added an extra layer of confidence, as she addressed all my concerns with professionalism and care. Additionally, Rafi was on-site as a translating personnel, ensuring that I fully understood the procedure and aftercare instructions. As for accommodations, the clinic provided a stay at the Hilton Istanbul, located as part of a six-story shopping mall. The hotel was elegant and beautiful, and my stay was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to relax before and after the procedure. At the end of my journey, I was dropped off at the airport by the arranged driver, concluding a well-organized and pleasant experience. Istanbul Vita Clinic truly stands out not only for its hair transplant procedures but also as a leading provider of various dental improvements and aesthetic treatments like Botox. I would like to start by thanking everyone from the clinic, their professionnalism has been beyond my expectations, the clinic is clean, efficent filled with helpful and kind people, I didn't get to thank everyone that attended to my care but I appreciate everyone's kindness and devotion to the process.
