We visited this cosmetic surgery clinic about two years ago, and I strongly advise against any treatments here. The owner appears extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. This initial impression gave us confidence—but in retrospect, we have to say that this trust was severely betrayed. My friend had Botox and hyaluronic acid treatments. Afterward, she was severely impaired and physically limited for several weeks. We were repeatedly told that this was "normal." However, for us, this condition was absolutely alarming and anything but a harmless side effect. I also had a treatment myself and subsequently suffered from severe pain and extreme swelling for weeks, which was many times worse than initially described. Here, too, everything was downplayed and described as normal. We experienced no serious explanation or accountability. We found the lack of transparency regarding the medical qualifications of the practitioners particularly problematic. To this day, I have serious doubts that adequately trained professionals are employed here. The feeling that money is the primary concern, rather than customer safety, has unfortunately become deeply ingrained. This review is based solely on our own experience. I'm writing it deliberately because a previous review was deleted, and I hope this one remains. If I can deter even one person from undergoing treatment here, then writing this will have been worthwhile. My clear advice: Go to a reputable clinic, pay a few euros more, and protect your health. I personally would never have treatment here again.
