To my Amazing Dr Şükrü Dogan… I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my dental implants, and I cannot thank Dr. Şükrü Dogan enough for his exceptional care and expertise. Wow I am so happy that I did my… Wow I am so happy that I did my research about International Plus’s as we all hear horror stories about coming abroad for surgery. The level of respect, support, guidance on what is best for you but also the safest options was fantastic. The taxi drivers, hospital staff, the dentist staff absolutely everyone involved in my procedures was just brilliant. I hope anyone thinking of travelling abroad for and type of surgery will see this review so you can come and have the same experience as I have. Thank you International plus team. I am after the first stage of my implant treatment at International Plus Dental, and I am truly impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and completely at ease. My special thanks go to Ola, our translator and medical coordinator, who guided us through every step of the treatment with great empathy, patience, and dedication. Ola explained everything clearly, ensured our comfort, and supported us at every moment. The clinic operates at the highest level – modern equipment, excellent organization, and exceptional patient care make me feel that I have entrusted my health to the best hands. I had an unfortunate experience with this clinic. After tooth preparation on September 16, I have experienced ongoing pain and discomfort. The temporary crowns caused sensitivity and did not stay in place properly, while the final crowns differ in colour and shape from what was agreed. The treatment plan and billing details were inconsistent — the final cost was €1,935 higher than expected, and some documentation listed the wrong doctor’s name. Despite several messages, I have not yet received my photos, X-rays, or full records. During one visit, I also experienced an adverse reaction to anaesthesia and felt unwell. I submitted a formal written complaint on September 28, but have not received a reply. Can someone call me , few people promised me to call back regarding a 2 loose screws ( see pics below) but no one called me back. They promised a dentist network in the US but not sure how realistic is this dentist network is ? My review is in the making, it will be posted soon and i will talk about my experience which is not what i have expected. Really disappointed Here is my review :Transportation was ok. drivers are friendly. Like any other place , trasnlators are hit or miss . Didnt have a good experience with them . Also i forgot to mention before my trip from the US, I was mislead few times by the medical assistant about my second visit hotel accommodations, found out that inhave to pay for hotel for 2nd visit. An after care team triied to get the management to make some kinda of arrangements, they denied it. My advice to the management is hold your employees accountable for making promises and stop. misleading customers. There is always room for improvement, here is list of things I would like to see in my next visit: 1- paying attention to details and communication between different teams is key to success, for instance after i had my teeth taking out, i received a message the next day with aftercare instructions,,it should've been sent the same day or right when the procedure was done. Also no follow-up from the medical assistant or any other team members, i have always reached out and asked for information to be communicated. Team members don't take initiative and offer infos first. 2- Appointments or check up after procedures need to be exact or communicated to patients if there is a dealy , had to wait for an hour and half the very next day to see my doctor. Don't waste people's time waiting more than an hour, specially when they have to catch an early long flight back to the US, or at least communicate any delay with the patients. 3- dont rely on temporary dentures if advised to do teeth extraction. After waiting for 2 hours , mine were too tight and didnt fit well. Also its cheaply made and not practical at all. it should be better made. Had hard time put in on specially last day. And had an issue with the dentist which was not happy that i voiced my concerns about the dentures , I asked to see or talk to a manager. No luck there ( they said manager is not on site) not sure howt the place is managed.!!! My overall experience was not what I expected and few times i was treated badly by the staff members.
