I had a really bad experience in this clinic, and I don’t recommend anyone to go there, it’s not a professional clinic, and the people who do the hair transplant are not doctors, I saw some of them even work in the reception! Moreover, they didn’t give a clear explanation before the surgery as the professional clinics do, and imagine they didn’t even tell me that the extracted hair in the donor area don’t grow back! Because they know that many people will refuse to do it! All the professional and respectful clinics tell people everything before going to the surgery like a brief explanation about the surgery, because it’s ethical to tell people the truth, and when I asked them why you didn’t tell me about the extracted hair don’t grow back in the donor area like all the clinics do! They said all the people know it’s your problem if you don’t know! It’s not professional and not ethical to answer people like this! Imagine how horrible is that! I was crying for nearly a year! And I got facial wrinkles, white hairs, and breathing problems, also I got tumor on my mouth and they removed 5 of my salivary glands, and I had a strong pain in my stomach, all this happened because of stress and sadness, they made my life miserable! And I remember when they made me sign on the paper before the surgery they even didn’t translate it to me! And they didn’t give me the certificate till I send them the email! In addition, they depleted the donor area for me they got 2500 grafts for a few hairline hairs! They took more than what the operation needed! And the result of the hairline was looking too thick and fake, it’s a straight line looks very ugly and stupid! The worst clinic I have ever visited in my entire life and they give me a bad image about Turkey, I hope anyone who is living in Turkey and read this review tell the authority or the police about this bad clinic or any clinic who doesn’t inform people before the surgery about the pros and cons and give a brief explanation about the surgery, because it’s a crime in the law. This clinic do illegal things, you know many doctors don’t advise the women to go for a hair transplant because women wants volume for their hairs unlike men, so the volume of the ponytail will be decreased, and this clinic even hide the information that the hair when it’s extracted from the donor area don’t grow back! Simply because It’s a commercial clinic! I don’t recommend it at all! I don’t recommend anyone to go there. If there is Zero I would give them Zero. Be careful guys! May Allah take revenge from them.

I underwent a hair transplant procedure two years ago; however, I have yet to observe any noticeable outcomes at this time. They told me that it would with a warranty that lasts for two years. When attempting to reach out to the clinic, there is a lack of response or attention given to my messages. They providing excellent service to people until the financial transition are completed. After them receiving all the payment, they proposed to provide transportation to the airport at 9.00 am. However, my flight was scheduled for 6.00 pm. They disregard the fact that breakfast was included in my hotel reservation; their main priority was to terminate my presence.
