I had my hair transplant at Hermest Clinic one year ago. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been very disappointing. During the procedure, one staff member appeared to be visibly ill, coughing and sneezing repeatedly, and did not consistently wear his medical mask properly. This made me feel uncomfortable during an invasive medical procedure. The following day, I developed very similar symptoms myself. I cannot prove a direct connection, but the situation raised serious hygiene concerns for me as a patient. Now, one year after the operation, the result is clearly unsatisfactory. The donor area at the back of my head is visibly patchy and uneven, which is noticeable even with short hair (see photos). This was exactly what I wanted to avoid. I paid €2,500 for this procedure, hoping for a professional and lasting improvement. Unfortunately, this opportunity is now permanently lost. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
