Avoid this company they will leave you hospitalised, tube fed. Staples in wrong places surgery gets done wrong and ignore you after telling you your case is being evaluated

From the moment we walked into the hospital, we were treated so poorly. Nothing was as advertised or as promised by the hospital. There is only one language translator for the whole hospital which means that she can’t always be there. So this essentially means that we struggled greatly with communication with the nurses and hospital staff, including all doctors. We were promised that on the last day, we would be taken to a hotel for one night. This was included in our package. This did not happen. We were told that the doctor wanted to monitor my husband’s progress but no doctor even came to check up on him. In fact , no one did. This was used as an excuse for us not to go to the hotel. Because we could not go to the hotel, we requested that my husband be discharged from the hospital in the morning so that we could do a few things before our flight. We were told that we should go outside the hospital and look for someone to help us look for transportation as the car we were promised by the hospital will only fetch us at 3 PM. I personally pleaded with them to assist us, and at this time I was in tears , expressing that my husband and I felt trapped because we did not no anyone in Turkey and all we wanted was time out of the hospital to go get a few things. One of the managers called a cab to take us to he airport. We thought that as courtesy, the hospital would actually cover the cab, seeing that we did not go to the hotel, and weren’t refunded for that. To our surprise, the cab driver asked us to pay R1300 for our trip from the hospital to the airport. My husband and I had terrible experience with Hermes. The nurses aren’t friendly at all. There were only 2 nurses who were friendly and patient. Hermes is a money making scheme that has zero compassion for patients.

Hermes dental clinic ..!!!! The story is specifically about the clinic in the city of Izmir, Turkey. When I applied for the creation of implants, I had to pay more than £500 in advance and the galley fee for the agreed work was £5,600. The price included transport and a private hotel room. Upon arrival in the city of Izmir, we were met by transport to the hotel. but then there was already the first surprise-! the hotel room was a small room with 2 beds and a broken toilet door. One small room sleeps 2 adult men, although we pay money for a separate room. Then the next day I arrived at the Hermes dental clinic, I was met with the next surprise 🤯 the price increased from £5,600 to £8,400, which I was naturally surprised and angry about. of course, I was not ready for that price change and refused the service. The only thing that was offered was to make a temporary prosthesis which cost £460 and as a result I have spent £1260 together with the plane tickets and got a temporary prosthesis with which you cannot eat or drink hot drinks 🤯 plus another terrible experience with a hotel where you live in one room a stranger. a room where you can't close the toilet door..!!! I do not recommend Hermes dental clinic Izmir Turkey to anyone...!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would, my whole experience from this agency was a nightmare! From arriving to the airport I had to wait over an hour for someone to come and collect me (this was included in the package as a VIP transfer) the car that collected me was an old Renault with a missing rear bumper. Then arriving at the hotel, the reception said the Agency has booked me a single bed! I haven't slept in a single bed since I was 8 years old. The following day I get picked up to go the actual dentist clinic, where they first take X-rays, inspection and try to upsell you services. I got told I needed Botox, a night guard and a "deep clean" they charged me £200 pounds for this deep clean, when the treatment was carried out I quickly realised it was only a metal dentist hook which the dentist scraped in-between my 4 lower teeth. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, which anyone could do at home by flossing. I then had the stress of speaking to numerous people who worked at the company, Sarah, Burak and Can. Who I had to constantly argue with and explain that what they charged me wasn't worth the treatment I received. The "office bleaching" that was done did not have any effect on my teeth, I was then promised they would do an implant on the same visit, which I later on got told is impossible to do in one go. You can imagine what I had to go through to get the money back, I spend my whole 9 days in Turkey stressed to my eye balls arguing with these 3 people, anyway on my final visit to (the actual dentist clinic) which is called Nova, I finally seen the actual prices for the treatments, the so called "deep cleaning" they charged me £200 for, was actually only 40 euros. Hermes Clinic is an agency acting as middle men to take the customers to the Dentist Clinic (Nova) pay them the actual prices and pocket the rest as profit. PLEASE STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID.

Booked and paid deposit for surgery with a particular surgeon, who I have researched and followed many patients who have had amazing results. I was told who my surgeon was, so I was happy to pay. Due to personal reasons I have to wait until the end of the year for my surgery. Surgeon has now left Hermes. I do not want another surgeon I have no feedback of. I booked and paid with the promise of one doctor. Since asking for my deposit back as the can not give me the service I’m paying for, I’ve been blocked & ignored. I get things happen. But the customer service is absolutely appalling, if the service is like this pre op, I dread to think the service post op. I now have to set up a charge back with my bank to get my money back. Really disappointed with this company.
