Very professional and well-organized service from start to finish. Everything was handled perfectly, from the transfers between the hotel and the airport to the medical procedure itself. The operation was performed by Dr. Arslan and his team and went extremely well. I highly recommend them!

Transplant performed on December 30, 2025. I chose the hotel option because I had my own arrangements. The welcome was very warm, and the consultation with Dr. Arslan and his team was thorough. They took the time to carefully outline the contour, and after my approval, we proceeded with the transplant. The team is very attentive and caring. Apart from the anesthesia, which stung a little, everything else was painless. In my case, the extraction was performed by two wonderful and very professional technicians. Dr. Arslan opened the incisions. After the operation, I was given the aftercare kit, and we took the time to discuss the next steps.
