I had my hair transplant done at Dr Go’s clinic in Jan 2026 (yesterday as of this writing) and the whole process - from the consultation to after care - was very smooth. The entire staff was very welcoming, attentive and caring. Dr Otzurk did my in-person assessment and came up with a viable solution. They also explained the limits (why they can’t over harvest to address areas). All my questions were answered. The logistics was great: I was met at the airport and driven to the designated Marriott Executive Apartments Hotel that shares space with the clinic (so you don’t even have to leave the building). I was provided with free lunch during the procedure intermission. Overall, an amazing experience. Though it’s too soon to see the results, I feel confident about.

My experience with Dr Go and HairNeva was wonderful. From setting up my appointment, to helping with travel, the procedure from start to finish. Everything was great. The doctors and staff do not sugar coat anything. They tell you exactly what they think will work best for you and do not give false hope. They are up front about costs and expectations. I would recommend my experience to any american looking to have hair restoration performed.

I researched all the hair clinics in Turkey and I am extremely happy with my choice of Hair Neva. They gave the best consultation and had the best service and the procedure was very well communicated and executed exceptionally. There’s nothing that is left unsure because every part of this process is explained and there’s multiple representatives to help you along the way. From initially booking your consultation, all the way through the procedure and afterwards. I’m very happy with my choice and looking forward to recovering from the procedure and seeing the results.

Flawless process from start to finish for my hair transplant. The communication on WhatsApp before my arrival was fantastic, they always replied to my queries in a timely fashion. It was easy to find the place at Istanbul airport to be picked up and I was driven in a nice car to the hotel. The room was fantastic, clean and spacious. The clinic was in the same building as the hotel itself which was super convenient. On the day of my procedure they did all pre-OP tests and then off I went. Extraction was 2 1/2 hours, then I was given food and time to chill for a bit before implantation! Implantation took about 3 1/2-4 hours and post-OP recovery and care was brilliant I was given everything I needed and explained everything super clearly! Plus if I need anything once I’m back home then they have told me it’s the same WhatsApp numbers to keep in touch! Couldn’t recommend Hair Neva enough 🙏🏼

Write a review for a hair transplant clinic, with caring and professional staff. Using state of art equipment. The suite in which it’s done is very beautiful. Not your average hospital setting transplant clinic. My team of technicians were great. Will give a post update to this review. As time goes on the l with end result along the continued communications with my assigned representative, to assist me with post op assistance/guidance.
