I started my Journey in January 2024. I had all my teeth removed and I had 4 implants on my top jaw and 5 on the lower jaw. From the moment the work was carried out I complained about being uncomfortable. I was told to persevere with them and after continuously contacting the clinic they agreed to replace my crowns. The second time around has been far worse and the clinic refuses to even reply to me. I requested they return my money just to be faced with legal threats. They even went to the extremes of contacting my wife and telling her to tell me to stop saying bad things about the clinic or face being sued. Its now 2 years and I thought i would have one last attempt at trying to resolve this situation. I removed my feedback and offered to never talk of my experience of this clinic, and you guessed it, they have just ignored me. I have seen many dentists in the last 2 years and recently contacted a very reputable well known dental hospital in Antalya and all had the the opinion that the work has not been carried out satisfactory. One of the top clinics in Antalya actually refused to redo the work. The conclusions from the other clinics are scary. They are saying I never should have had the implants in my top jaw because of not having enough bone and now need zygomatic implants into my cheek bones. Also told that the implants are way too deep. On my bottom jaw the gum on the left side is being forced out from the implant. The frenulum is trapped under my lower bridge causing soreness and ulcers on a weekly basis. The frenulum is the piece of skin between the inner lip and the lower jaw, and helps support the lower lip. I now have a lisp. My front teeth are not even central to my face. I have hounded global dental center and lost count of the amount of messages I have sent and again nothing back. My only option is to have these extra implants and redo the whole process, the correction cost from the hospital is £13,790 or suffer for the rest of my life with soreness and feeling like my jaw is twisted. The clinic says that I am lying and their only defence all along and claiming I am deceitful. I am writing this to protect others. Why on earth would I complain for 2 years for nothing. This is the most horrendous 2 years of my life. I am now on anti depression tablets and currently trying to get the money to have the work corrected. Perhaps they think I just enjoy dental surgery and doing this for fun. Lastly because I was not happy with my treatment i have requested that they remove all social media of myself and you guessed it they are still using them to promote their great work. As an example I have told them to remove my pictures and posts over 20 times including 09/01/2026 and they used me in one of their promotional videos a few a hours after requesting again 09/01/2026. They either have no shame or just do not care. I have contacted watchdog and ITV investigates along with channel 4 dispatches to look into my situation and hopefully will be on aired on national tv. Lastly they have blocked me but I can still see posts. Most of the people in their promotional work were on there over 2 years ago well before I started my treatment. If you get invited to one of their consultations in the UK you may well see me outside the venue campaigning. Come and say hi and I will be more than happy to share with you my reports and show the overwhelming evidence I have gathered including hospital reports and x rays etc from dentists here in the UK and abroad. Please please please be very careful before choosing where you have your treatment. It is a very big decision and life changing if it goes wrong. Just because the feedback looks good it doesn't mean it is. For me it isn't just the treatment but the aftercare. I hope that nobody at this clinic has to suffer this as i have. Trust me I know and learnt the hard way. 😥

I couldn’t recommend this team enough the service is really 10/10. From Charles help and support to Joanne the UK point of contact. Dr musa and Dr Ayse are truly experts and the whole staff are great. My end product of implants and crowns is exactly what I was looking for, they promised and they delivered I would say if your thinking about having this work done use GDC you won’t find any better anywhere 10/10. I cannot speak more highly of Global Dental Clinic in Antalya. From the moment I had my first consultation I felt I was safe and given the best treatment plan for me. Collected at the airport taken to my hotel and each day to an amazing high standard clinic. Beautiful clinic !!!! So clean !!! Fantastic technology Staff are amazing. I had implants tooth extraction. All my teeth prepared for my zirconia crowns. Chose my colour and had them fitted. I can’t stop smiling 🙂 my teeth are amazing and at such a smaller price than any uk dentist. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is even thinking about this 😄😄😄❤️
