I travelled from Australia to attend their dental clinic in Istanbul, and from the very first day, the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and completely confident in my decision. Dr. Alaa Eddine and Dr. Mahmoud are incredibly skilled, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step of the process clearly, and delivered results that exceeded all expectations. Their passion for their work and genuine care for their patients truly shines through. I also want to give a special thank you to their amazing dental assistants, Fatima  who was incredibly kind, patient, and always there to offer support and reassurance. Her calm and friendly manner made a big difference throughout my visits. The clinic itself is immaculate, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. From consultation to aftercare, every detail was handled with precision and care. I was especially impressed with the smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and the warm, family-like environment. Here is my review and story with Extra Surgery: I am from Canada and was looking to have a procedure done in Istanbul. At first, I was stressed and overwhelmed, not knowing which clinic to choose. After contacting different clinics, it became clear how much AlaaDine stood out with his fluent, timely, and reliable communication—despite the time difference. That gave me the confidence to proceed with Extra Surgery. He answered all my questions patiently, never rushed me, and ensured I felt 100% confident before moving forward. He also arranged a great hotel in the heart of Istanbul, which made the journey even better, allowing me to combine treatment with exploring the city. He organized all transportation between the hotel and clinic, and he was always ready to provide local recommendations whenever I needed them. His coordination is flawless. What makes him special is his trustworthiness, compassion, and empathy. You can rely on him with your eyes closed. He is open to discussion and even negotiation if needed, which makes the whole process even more reassuring. As for my procedure, the doctor he recommended—Dr. Elnara—was simply amazing. Highly qualified, professional, and above all, human. She put my needs first and did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier with the results. After the treatment, AlaaDine even arranged transportation back to the airport, making sure everything was smooth until I reached home safely. If I could give Extra Surgery 6 or 7 stars, I would do so without hesitation.

Extra surgery is one of the most trustworthy clinics in Istanbul. The team is great professionally and is very reliable. We've done several surgeries with extra surgery, crown implants, hollywood smile and all were successful and the healing time was minimal. I didn't undergo any other surgery but I can assure you the doctors are professional at all levels plus their clinics are super organised and tidy. (They can deal with most nationalities were they are multilingual and their services aren't just in clinic they serve their patients once they arrive at the airport till they deport back home) Special thanks to Mr. Alaa
