Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience connected with their other branch. I was given appointment details and travelled all the way to their Altunizade location, only to find out — on arrival — that laser treatment could not be performed on my skin tone. This is information that should be provided before confirming an appointment. I am olive-skinned and have safely done laser hair removal in multiple countries. If their technology has limitations, they should state this clearly beforehand to avoid wasting people’s time and money. The lack of communication and professionalism reflects poorly on the entire Esteworld network. I hope they improve their screening and appointment procedures.

I received PRP and exosome treatments here, and since the very first PRP session, my hair loss problem has almost completely stopped. The staff are incredibly kind and professional—especially Şeyda and Sibel, who are both very friendly and highly skilled. I’m very happy to receive my treatments from them. They always take the time to answer my questions patiently and in detail. The whole process is completely painless and comfortable. Highly recommended!
