I was impressed with the staff. They all work toghether so well. My friend went here and so did I. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but they made it easy. Pick you up Drop you off book your hotel and everything. Like I said I was impressed with their team. They worked on my transplant until 11pm at night 4 team members giving me the attention that my procedure needed. Went like clock work. Easy communication with Kamyl and Efe. They speak English well.

My first experience with aesthetic medicine was incredible. Tuba took care of me the entire time – supportive, helpful, empathetic, and always with a smile. Throughout my stay in Istanbul, she supported and helped me like a guardian angel. The procedures themselves, along with the doctor and nurses, took very professional care of me in the hospital. The price for these procedures was not insignificant, but it was worth this wonderful experience. Despite my requests from the very beginning that I would like a personal invoice, I didn't receive one after the procedures, and despite the high price, unfortunately, Este Medical Group in Istanbul couldn't afford the postage to send a personal invoice to my home address.

My experience with Este Medical Group has been phenomenal. My main contact Sam answered all my questions fully and clearly from the beginning. The transfers from the airport to hotel to clinic were excellent, timely, and really helped to settle the nerves I had leading up to the procedure as it was just another thing I did not have to think or worry about. All the staff I encountered were professional and kind. Big shout out to Saimir who was my in clinic translator and assistant, he made me feel at ease and explained each step of the process well. Highly recommend.
