I chose Dr. Ersin Gönüllü at Clinic Wise after extensive research, following them on social media, and asking many questions—and I’m very happy with my decision. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The coordinator, doctor, nurses, and assistants were clear, supportive, and helpful, with translators, when needed, guiding me step by step. I do recommend educating yourself ahead of time about possible post-op body function changes, as some can feel embarrassing or scary if unexpected. When those moments came up, the nurses were amazing—calm, reassuring, and quick to help resolve any issues. Dr. Gönüllü is highly skilled and did a remarkable job. He is warm and friendly but not overly talkative, staying focused on the work at hand, which I appreciated. You won’t spend a lot of time with him beyond consultation and brief morning hospital checkups, but the care never felt lacking. Recovery care was outstanding, with morning and evening nurse visits at the hotel. The nurses were incredibly kind and professional—special thanks to Aleyna Altinsoy, Fatma, Aleyna, Esma, and the hospital staff. Antwell Suites was clean, comfortable, and comparable to a solid 4-star hotel. It’s not near major tourist attractions, so plan sightseeing for a separate trip. There are not hospital beds in suite but as many pillows as needed will be given to you to sleep as comfortable as possible. Ask for extra bottle water when you see a maid or refill bottles during breakfast. Rohat, the coordinator, handled pricing and logistics flawlessly. Cash payment is encouraged, which can feel stressful for U.S. travelers, but I never felt my valuables were unsafe. Transportation was smooth from airport pickup to hospital and hotel transfers, with private drivers throughout. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Clinic Wise and Dr. Gönüllü and would confidently recommend them.

I had my surgery with Clinic Wise and Dr Ersin, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, the entire team has been professional, kind, and incredibly supportive. Dr Ersin is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel safe and confident in my decision. Even though I am still very early in my recovery and currently swollen, I can already see the care and precision in his work. The nursing team has been absolutely amazing. Every nurse has been attentive, gentle, and patient, making sure I was comfortable at all times. I want to give a special thank you to Nurse Aleyna Kaya, who has been exceptional — caring, calm, and always checking in to make sure I’m okay. She truly made a difference in my recovery experience. The aftercare has been top-notch. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been addressed quickly, and I’ve felt fully supported throughout, which is so important during the post-op period. Overall, I feel very well looked after and confident that I chose the right clinic and surgeon. I’m excited to continue healing and see my final results. I would highly recommend Clinic Wise, Dr Ersin, and his wonderful team to anyone considering surgery.

I had a very good experience. I arrived the day before and immediately went to pre-op testing. After a few hours everything was completed and I went to dinner with my husband. I was transported at 5:45 am the next morning for surgery and everything was extremely professional and efficient. I met with Dr. Ersin and he was kind, asked me what I wanted, and really listened before making all of his markings. When I woke up, I was not really in pain, mostly just sore. The nurses were incredibly attentive during my hospital stay. When I moved to the hotel the next day, the nurses came to check on me three to four times a day, making sure my pain was controlled and that I was comfortable. On my last day, the nurse came to make sure everything still looked good and helped me change into my travel clothes. Overall, it was a great experience, especially considering I was alone for most of it. The nurses truly made sure I was recovering well and felt supported the entire time.
