I chose this clinic in Istanbul for my hair transplant and can highly recommend the clinic overall. The pre-operative consultations with the specialists were consistently positive. I felt well advised, taken seriously, and medically very well cared for. The competence and experience of the specialists created a strong sense of trust from the very beginning. One small point for improvement concerns the organizational process before the operation, particularly the coordination between the different stations that need to be completed beforehand. At times, the process felt a bit unclear and not everything was explained or guided perfectly. This is meant purely as a constructive suggestion for improvement. Once I was with the surgical team, my impression was completely confirmed. I felt extremely comfortable, safe, and professionally cared for. The team was incredibly friendly, dedicated, helpful, and perfectly coordinated. Their work was highly precise and very professional. A very special thanks to the surgical team: Irfan, Furkan, Zeneip, and Dilek – you are a gold team! Please keep up the amazing work. Your professionalism, competence, and positive energy made the entire procedure a very pleasant experience. With a small optimization in the organizational process, the overall experience would be absolutely perfect. Thank you very much to the entire team!

Great and modern facilities in the clinic were staff are both helpfull and efficient. My stay went very smoothly, including the zirport transfer. I wish the facilities were all wheelchair accessible but event if they were not, people /staff helped me through out the 4 days i stayed. Great experience !

had my hair transplant at Elithair Clinic in Turkey on 12/12/2025. From a results point of view, it is still too early for me to judge, but medically speaking, the experience was generally good. All the medical tests and the procedure itself were done as promised. One of the biggest positives for me was the “almost painless” approach, which was honestly a game changer. There was some mild pain at times, but whenever I informed the surgeons, they immediately applied additional local anesthesia and the pain disappeared again. From a medical perspective, the experience was acceptable to fairly good overall. However, organizationally, there were some issues. There was consistent delay in appointments and a general lack of punctuality. I usually had to wait around 20–30 minutes past my scheduled time, which was frustrating. The most disappointing part of my experience was related to the sick leave document. I was promised a sick leave certificate, but it was handed to me only in Turkish. This forced me to personally go through several steps: – Turkish Ministry of Health (about 15 minutes from the clinic) – The district governor’s office (about 30 minutes) – A certified translator, which also meant additional costs Most clinics usually handle this entire process and provide ready-to-use documents immediately after the procedure, so this was unexpected and inconvenient. I hope Elithair addresses this simple issue, as fixing it would significantly improve the overall patient experience.

My Experience at ElitHair in Turkey My experience at ElitHair in Turkey was truly amazing. The staff — especially Irfan, Zeynap, Doğukan Koğman, Irem, and Sally (translator) — were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Everyone made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The clinic is big, clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and they took great care of me. During the surgery, even when I felt pain, they constantly checked on me, made sure I was okay, and kept me comfortable, especially during the anesthesia. I highly recommend this clinic because they explain everything clearly, they’re very patient, and they help you with everything. I compared many clinics before choosing this one, and none of them came close. If the price feels high, just remember: cheap is expensive. Quality matters, especially for something like a hair transplant. Also, when I arrived, they found I needed more grafts than originally estimated. I was supposed to pay €300 extra, but they covered €100 for me, and I only paid €200 — which I really appreciated. Overall, this clinic is honestly the best I’ve experienced, and I truly recommend it to everyone including ladies with African hair (Afros) because I have that kind of hair.

As per my experience with Elithair, it’s definitely the best hair clinic you may get into, especially for me as this wasn’t my first time doing hair transplant so based on my previous experience I can assure you that this clinic and it’s staff are very professional and they know what they’re doing to give you the best results. They’re unique because they don’t depend on the number of grafts only, they do multiple analysis before the operation to analyze your case completely to achieve the results you wish! The coordination, VIP delivery, and hotel stay were amazing! I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed from the follow-up department for his kindness as he was very supportive throughout the whole stay.
