Hey, I went to Elit clinic for a hair transplant. ILKER was the main guy. It was a really good experience, a bit painful, but after the anesthesia, things went smoothly. The hotel was great, good room, good view. Breakfast was part of my package. Ilker tried his best to help me, even after he finished work, he texted me to see how I was doing. Can't complain about anything so far. Ilker was awesome and super helpful from start to finish.

I recently underwent a 4500-graft hair transplant at Elite, coordinated by Ilker, and overall I had a very positive experience. Ilker was my main point of contact throughout the process and handled coordination professionally. If you need clarification at any stage, I strongly recommend liaising directly with your coordinator. In my case, Ilker was the key communicator. Most of the technical and administrative staff do not speak English, except for the specialist who designs the hair restoration, so having a coordinator you trust makes a big difference. The procedure itself went smoothly, though it was a long day, taking many hours including preparation and breaks. The local anesthetic injections were briefly but acutely uncomfortable at the beginning. After that, the procedure was not painful. One important point I want to highlight is post-procedure bleeding from the donor area. On the first night, I experienced bleeding that soaked my pillow and shirt. I strongly advise not sleeping on a bed the first night. Instead, sleep on a chair with your head kept upright and straight. The clinic provides a neck pillow, which helps a lot with maintaining the correct position. You do need a bit of patience with some of the technical and administrative staff, but overall the team was supportive and professional. I stayed at The G Hotel, which was excellent, comfortable, and well suited for recovery. I was very happy with the accommodation. A very practical tip: bring a mist spray bottle with you. It is not included in the package, but it is extremely helpful during recovery to keep the scalp moist without making it too wet. Make sure it’s a mist bottle, not a regular sprayer. It really helps with comfort and healing. Another useful tip is to bring button-down shirts (at least two or three). These make dressing much easier during the first recovery days and help avoid disturbing the grafts. From planning to execution, everything was arranged as agreed, and overall I am satisfied with the experience. I appreciate the effort of Ilker and the medical team and hope this feedback helps future patients prepare better and set the right expectations.

I visited Elite Istanbul Hair and Dental Clinic in September 2025. My guide/translator was Latif — very easy to communicate with and he answered all my questions. My hair transplant went very well. I received 5400 grafts. It took a long time, but I am very happy with the result. The full procedure day took about 12 hours, including check-ups and one break. I hate needles, and the injections in the head were painful for about one minute — not because of the needle, but because of the anesthetic fluid. The rest of the procedure was not painful. Sometimes the anesthetic stopped working, but you can always ask for more. In my case it was needed because the surgery was long. The aftercare kit is amazing. I hesitated to buy it, but I’m so happy that I did. It helped me recover faster, made everything more comfortable and reduced the itching. I would also really recommend bringing a mist water spray bottle to use on the donor area for skin relaxation. Only a mist bottle — not a regular water sprayer! It feels great and helps a lot. Tip: bring 3 shirts with front buttons, and use them until the end of the recovery days. It makes life so much easier during the first 10 days after the surgery. I didn’t bring one because I thought I would buy it on the spot, but then I forgot and ended up sacrificing one normal shirt for the cause. I also had several dental treatments: a root canal treatment and zirconium crowns on 6 teeth. I stayed at The G Hotel, a 5-star hotel about 10–15 km from the clinic.
