This center has nothing to do with Hakan Doğanay; they are deceiving people. The average rating of 2.8 in the reviews speaks for itself. Such places need to be shut down. This is an account/center opened using Hakan Doğanay's name; stay away from it. Those who left positive reviews are probably their friends; one person even said it was better than they expected, which is ridiculous.

Gittik, dalga geçer gibi 10000 TL + greft sayısı ama size nakit 5000 TL olur dediler. Saç ekimini özellikle Hakan beyden talep etmezseniz alanında uzman olmayan bir takım hemşireler yapıyor. Çıkmayan saçınızı yeniden düzeltmek için para istiyorlar. Önünden bile geçmeyin.

The biggest mistake of my life. I didn't found the option to add photos but everyone who wish can send me private email and I'll let the photos speak loud and clear, before and after 11 months. I asked for a refund, even not full refund (50% of 2800€) and they refused and asked me to come back for a fix. That's ridiculous, because not only my operation failed, I know about at least 10 more guys from Israel that are on the same situation like me. It's really shame that places like this are still exist. Do to your self a big favor and search for other place!!!

First of all, let's not kid each other, there are always those October photos. What about the results? No, there might be some people with good results, those who accepted the doctor's high TL offer. Those who don't are treated differently. And they schedule your application appointment right away. After the first transplant, they take the money and constantly postpone the next procedure appointment. For example, the hospital is under inspection, the doctor is out of town, the hair transplant nurse's car broke down out of town and can't make it, etc. Etc. The nurse comes out of the hospital and says, "They've discovered radiation, but it wasn't for you. They've assigned another patient." I'm not at all satisfied. It's been 10 months, my hair still hasn't grown. They say it will grow in 12 months. Wait another two months, maybe it will grow back suddenly. No, man, it's been two years for it to grow, I regret it a lot, and they offer a guarantee. What happens if you're not satisfied? Will they refund your money? They make a thousand excuses and in the end they say "how did it happen, we don't understand" and even the doctor you paid doesn't feel the need to tell you this. You end up dealing with a secretary and then you lose your money and drink a glass of water. And you get well soon, not to mention your money and the pain you've endured.

Everything was normal until the transplant. But things change during the transplant. They make you sign a lot of paperwork and then proceed to the procedure. I went with the expectation that the doctor would personally transplant the hair, but he didn't intervene during the extraction and transplantation process; he simply drew the transplant line beforehand. There's a bit of a personal touch here. While the donor and transplant operators are separate, I don't think they're experts in their fields. My reasoning is that the donor didn't harvest evenly; because they harvested too much from one side of the head, that area would likely remain bare. When it comes to the transplant, they claim to use a crossover method, but this isn't taken seriously. And they tell you they only transplant a certain amount of hair, but believe me, there's no concrete evidence for this. The staff assisting with the washing are inexperienced. Ultimately, I was disappointed.
