I am going for laser epilation. I have had serious hair loss in my second session. I am very pleased, especially with Ms. Büşra. She is very friendly and attentive.

I just called to make an appointment. I asked what time they were open until so I could go after work. They said they were open until 7 PM, so I requested an appointment after work. The answer I received was that they first needed to fill their working hours :) They couldn't give appointments if 4:30 PM was free. 7 PM was free, but you couldn't get an appointment. If that's the case, why didn't they inform you that it was only open until 7 PM? It's impossible to understand the logic. Anyway, we somehow got past that and got the appointment for Saturday. This time, I couldn't get information about the fee. The doctor was asked and they got back to me; apparently, that's the doctor's decision. I canceled my appointment. Am I supposed to choose a treatment where I don't know how much I'll pay going to their clinic or how much I'll pay leaving? Of course not. Every doctor I've been to has provided this information. Transparency is essential. This was a first. Just so you know. If I had known this, I wouldn't have even called. Regarding the response given: I kindly request that you reread my comment. I did not receive the service, nor would I. I brought my mother here under a TAI agreement. I also told your secretary. I deeply regret it!! The malicious intent is as follows: you called me from my personal cell phone and hung up saying I wasn't worth it!! What audacity!!!

I am very satisfied. Zehra Hocam and all the staff are friendly and caring. They try to offer the most appropriate solution. I am thinking of having my other dental treatments done here as well.

Hello, 14 teeth were extracted in one day, followed by implants three days later. Our permanent teeth will be placed in three months, and even now, there's no trace of the old situation.
