This is the clinic I've been going to for whatever problem I have for the past 5 and a half years. My treatment process is closely monitored, and all necessary tests are done before any treatment begins. It's a clinic with patients both nationally and globally. I started going for my hair, then continued with my skin, and now whatever I have a question about, I consult my doctors first 🤍

I began my laser hair removal treatment at the clinic in December 2023. My first two sessions went well. However, problems began afterward, particularly with scheduling appointments. Every time I contacted the clinic to book an appointment, there were never any available slots. This resulted in significant gaps between sessions, considerably reducing the effectiveness of the treatment. Despite these difficulties, I didn't complain when I was told that nothing could be done. However, this poor management not only compromised the results of my treatment but also cost me time and money. I should point out that I don't live in Ankara, but in Karabük, and each trip represents a considerable effort, especially with my busy schedule due to my studies. The latest incident was particularly shocking. During my last visit, I was informed that the laser hair removal service had been discontinued at their center, even though I still had one session remaining on my six-session package. I was then given an appointment for December 7th at 1:30 PM for this last session. However, upon arriving at the clinic at the agreed-upon date and time, I was told that the laser technician was no longer available and that I would be refunded for the missed session. I find this situation completely disrespectful and unacceptable. Communication within the clinic is disastrous. Making me travel from Karabük to Ankara for nothing, without even a warning, is negligence that I strongly condemn. This lack of respect for your clients is inexcusable. I am giving this clinic only one star, but I want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Ms. Songül. Despite my dark skin, I never experienced any burns, which demonstrates her expertise and attentiveness. She was the only person and the only positive aspect of my experience at this clinic. The lack of communication and professionalism in appointment scheduling and customer service is unacceptable. My treatment was poorly managed, and I was the victim of negligence and disorganization. I can only express my deep regret about this experience!
