If I had received my Botox treatment from a high school graduate at a beauty salon, I don’t think I would have felt as distressed and emotionally unsettled as I do now. My experience with the Botox procedure has been deeply disappointing. The treatment was unsuccessful, and within three days, I began to experience significant swelling of my cheekbones as well as persistent tearing from my eyes, which lasted for approximately ten days. I developed an allergy to their Botox substance called Allergen. Upon consulting a medical specialist at another private clinic, I was informed that these adverse effects were likely due to the ‘’improper administration of Botox’’. I raise this point to question the assumption that receiving treatment from a medically trained practitioner always ensures a better outcome; regrettably, despite being treated by a medical school graduate, my experience has been negative. In hindsight, I almost wish I had opted for a beauty salon instead. Furthermore, I have observed no improvement in the targeted areas of my forehead or crow’s feet, even though it has now been about two weeks since the procedure. This was my first experience with Botox, and I am left feeling profoundly disappointed and distrustful. The clinic provided me with neither written nor verbal information regarding the allergen's or dysport's country of origin (menşei) or the dosage of the products. The only details disclosed were that an allergen was present in the forehead area and that Dysport was administered between my eyebrows and crow's feet. When I inquired about the allergen earlier by phone, the staff merely reiterated that only Dysport had been used, but during the treatment day, the assistant informed me that allergen and dysport were both used. Many people ask about the cost of such procedures. For my first Botox experience, I was assured that they would offer me something special, and I was asked to pay 9,000 TL via a single debit card transaction. I didn't really mind the cost, what cared I was the outcome. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this clinic. I have lost my confidence, and I feel I underwent an unnecessary and ineffective procedure. My face remains swollen, and I have been unable to participate in my usual activities. I will have a corrective treatment with another specialist on the Asian side of Istanbul later this week. I hope it goes well this time. ps: Other than that, the staff were certainly friendly, so thank you for that.

I've been a patient of this clinic for at least three years and have undergone various procedures. The last peel treatment was in April 2024, which burned my face and caused me psychological distress. After the treatment, I was told the clinic would provide treatment for my burning face, but they charged me for my last treatment. After being charged an exorbitant fee for the incorrect treatments, I severed all ties with them. None of the treatments I received at this clinic yielded positive results. At the time, I thought the problem was my skin, but when I was examined at a private hospital immediately afterward, I realized the problem wasn't with me, but with the underlying cause. Business processes are driven by incorrect treatments and exorbitant fees.

Am amazing experience. The atmosphere was calming with a great view of the busy streets . The staff were easy to communicate with and quick to return a detailed message from the physician. The doctor showed extensive experience with refined details for each procedure. Definitely recommend!!
