I had a wonderful experience at this dental hospital and I highly recommend it. Dr. Nida is an outstanding doctor very professional, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She did my root canal and teeth cleaning, and everything was done with great care and precision. She explained each step clearly and made me feel calm and confident throughout the treatment. Thank you to Murat for his help and support during my treatment it was truly appreciated. A big thank you to Ibrahim, the host, who helped us a lot and made everything smooth and well organized from start to finish. Many thanks to Gizem , who took great care of my husband during his dental implants. She was kind, patient, and very supportive. Special thanks to Dr. Ali, the owner, for his hospitality and professionalism, and to all the staff for their kindness, organization, and excellent care. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well managed. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality dental treatment.

Alhamdulillah came here in aughast to get my implants and again in December the journey was not easy but the experience was so great Ibrahim the host was the best he made sure I got the best treatment stand up guy,Gentleman I really recommend this dental hospital.Ibrahim was so attentive to my treatment he would go out of his way and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and getting the best treatment stood by my side for the whole procedure really appreciate him I don’t have words to describe.thank you Ibrahim. Disappointing and overpriced wouldn’t recommend for tourists I came here based on their website, but the experience didn’t match the expectations. Prices were way higher than advertised, I paid 29700 Lira for one filling, one tooth extraction, teeth whitening, and an x-ray. That’s insane, and it felt like they were just charging what they could because I was a tourist. The translator Ibrahim was great really helpful and gave solid advice. But the manager was extremely pushy, constantly trying to upsell me on veneers I didn’t want, and wouldn’t take no for an answer. It felt more like a business trying to squeeze money out of tourists than a clinic that actually cares. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, so communication was tough. I felt uncomfortable and pressured the whole time, and honestly, I just agreed to the price so I could leave. The actual dental work was decent, but the experience overall? Not worth it. If you're coming to Istanbul for dental work, I’d avoid this place.

I did 8 implants here in this clinic in two trips. I was really happy with the staff and work quality, very friendly and professional. Thanks to Ali the head of the clinic, helping and suggesting differnt options and always open to talk about details. Big thanks goes to Ibrahim, the translator in the clinic, who helped a lot in making topics clear between me, doctors and management. He is super friendly and welcoming. Wish to see again man. 😉

Poor experience. They charged you intentionally also casually. They charged me 95 TL (=6 euro) for the dentist insisted checking my teeth in which it took less than 2 minutes without any instruments even though I said to them that I just wanted a flexible denture. I knew exactly what I want is the flexible denture (because I lost it last week, then I needed the new one) and I showed them the picture. I asked how long the time would be and how much it would cost. The coordinator replied me only the dentist knew and didn't mention any fee for the consultant. After a snap check, the dentist issued the payment proposal. "The 42.00 EURO one is for denture operation if you decide to do it in this clinic. The 95 TL (=6 euro) is for the medical examination and you must pay now." The male coordinator said. I asked why considering that I didn't decide to buy the flexible denture there. “ Because we serviced you" The male coordinator replied. And you see, that's how they serviced me and charged me. Without telling you any charge for just a optical check, they led you to the room; they did the snap check; then they had the reason to charge you. Do you want have such 'service' ?
