The staff is extremely professional, kind and attentive to details, and the doctors gave me a lot of security and trust throughout the treatment. A big plus was Florentin, the translator, who constantly helped me, explained every step and was with me whenever I needed it. Thanks to him, communication was very easy and I always felt understood and safe. I thank the entire Dentica International team for their professionalism and care for patients. I contacted the clinic via their WhatsApp number and got in touch with Amanda, who was very professional, answered all my queries, and arranged a consultation date for me. This really set mind at ease. The service also included hotel booking, as well as airport pick-up and drop-off. The treatment itself was top-class, and the dentist who treated me, Dr Camil Mola, was extremely genuine in his advice and recommendations concerning my dental problems. Such a professional and wonderful human being! It has been three weeks since my treatment ended, and I can honestly say it was a great experience. I wish them all the best.
