This office did crown on every single teeth, a full restoration. After the work I had serious issues with my bite and functionality. I was not able to chew properly, my jaw could not move left or right if i would close my mouth, and the crowns on my implant was so big that they took all the pressure when i chewed. My lower front teeth were pushing the upper teeth out, I had constant pain and discomfort, and the front teeth were bulky and pushed so far out that they looked unnatural. The upper right side was also longer and larger, so the overall result lacked the symmetry and balance that good dental work should have. When I raised these complaints may times over the phone the response I received was that this was the (maximum) possible outcome and it was done on purpose, But if that was the case, it should have been discussed with me before the treatment and not afterwards. 5 month Later back to Antalya out of desperation, i heard the same thing from them agin, I went to another office where they redid 8 upper and 8 lower crowns and reshaped the molars. They were able to correct every single issue that I had originally pointed out. This proved that my concerns were valid and that the problems could, in fact, be fixed. To me, this shows that either the doctor at DentGroup was not willing to resolve my pain and discomfort because of cost considerations, or perhaps lacked the necessary experience. Now, 5 months later, after spending 25 days in Antalya on this trip and investing so much money, I am going back home to dallas.with much better result and If I had known from the beginning about the supposed “limitations” of my jaw, which turned out to be only the doctor’s opinion, or if I had known this was one of many franchise offices and not a personal practice, I would never have agreed to let this office work on my teeth. I sincerely hope that for future patients, DentGroup will take more time to clearly explain what is possible, listen carefully to expectations, and not just focus on selling white teeth. Patients deserve a fair explanation up front, so they can decide whether the doctor is truly able to deliver the results they need. If it wasn’t for my friend and his wife that works with this office I would have made an official complaint (as a patient you can do in turkey) to get my money back. I held back only out of respect, Otherwise, I would have filed a formal complaint, because the problems were real and were later corrected by another professional office. I didn’t return to Antalya for them to justify about why I was in pain, I did go back to resolve the pain I was going through. Unfortunately, my experience with DentGroup left me disappointed, and I hope lessons can be learned for future patients. Ask questions such as balkanists, fixing the bite or anything that is important to you, and make sure for any office to write it down and you can have a copy before hand. I can share photos before and after, and the texts I have received which was the Dr's comment. Thank you.

Good service and good staff. I registered online just one day before my visit. On the day of the appointment, they did a jaw X-ray, filled one tooth, and performed cleaning and polishing. Everything was completed within an hour. The total cost was $173 USD. I recommend this clinic
