It has now been more than six and a half months since my dental treatment at your clinic. At the time, I was advised by the doctor that some patients may require up to 4–5 months for full recovery and for sensitivity or pain to completely subside. I followed this advice and waited patiently. However, despite this extended period, my condition has not improved, and several issues remain unresolved. Persistent Pain and Sensitivity I am still unable to eat or drink anything hot or cold without experiencing significant discomfort. This remains my most serious concern. After more than half a year, this level of sensitivity is not just disappointing — it is completely unacceptable. Unsatisfactory Bite I am not satisfied with the final bite. It does not feel natural or comfortable and continues to interfere with normal daily activities. A completed treatment should not leave a patient with an uncomfortable or dysfunctional bite. Uneven Tooth Surface and Colour The colour and surface of the treated teeth are not uniform, and the aesthetic result is far below what was promised. Aside from a superficially “nice smile,” the overall workmanship appears inconsistent and unprofessional. Very Sharp Edges on the Inner Surface of the Teeth Several new crowns have extremely sharp inner edges and corners. Despite my natural teeth being worn due to age, the new crowns should not replicate sharp, uncomfortable surfaces. This has provided no additional comfort and, in fact, contributes to ongoing irritation. Negligent Fabrication of Paired Crowns Some paired crowns appear to have been fabricated with notable negligence. Certain crown pairs have bulges between them, creating a constant sensation of obstruction — as if food is stuck between my teeth even when it isn’t. This is both uncomfortable and unacceptable for dental work of this cost and supposed standard. These past six months have been extremely difficult, especially as I work long periods onboard a vessel, where dental discomfort significantly affects my routine, sleep, and overall wellbeing. The outcome of the treatment does not match the expectations that were set, nor does it correspond to the considerable cost of this so-called “express method.” At this stage, it feels more like an attractive marketing promise than a reliable or effective dental solution. I sincerely hope other patients have had better outcomes, but my case clearly requires serious attention and immediate corrective action.

It's remarkable on how much my teeth transformed in such little time. Possibly one of the best life changing decisions I've made. Affordable cost, virtually pain free treatment, very professional staff, kind, understanding and funny puts you at ease. I had 26 crowns and 2 bridges. Totally worth it. I'm so pleased I did it. The translators were always there and explained everything. The hotel and breakfast was great and had an excellent massage. The transfers were prompt and on time, regardless of what time it was as my flight times were very early in the morning. Totally recommend it all.
