Within the first few months, crowns started falling off. Instead of fixing the issue properly, they shaved my teeth down even more, which led to root canal treatment on teeth that were completely healthy before. I have since had 8 crowns replaced at a different clinic, and while things have improved, I am still left with ongoing problems and constant pain. I have spent thousands and thousands trying to repair the damage. Your teeth do not grow back. Please think very carefully before trusting this clinic. I am currently gathering evidence of the poor and botched work and hope to pursue legal action, including for the serious impact this has had on my mental health. What made it worse was the attitude of the owner — dismissive, defensive, and constantly blaming me. According to them, nothing was ever their fault, only excuses and shifting explanations.

I visited this clinic for a full veneer treatment and I want to share an honest and balanced review based on my experience. The positives: The clinic is modern, clean, and well organised. The staff were generally friendly, and the hospitality was excellent. The aesthetic result looked good and as I wanted , and I believe the team genuinely tried their best. Thank you for that . After returning a second time to refit my veneers , Unfortunately, the functional outcome was not successful for me. Two months after the treatment, I am still experiencing major issues: from chronic gum bleeding, difficulty speaking clearly (especially “S” and “SH” sounds), pain when biting on the left canine, unstable bite contacts, persistent sensitivity. I have since consulted specialists in Europe, who advised that most of the veneers may need to be redone entirely due to functional imbalance for my case. While I truly appreciate the friendliness and effort of the team, the overall functional result has had a negative impact on my daily comfort — eating, speaking, and even chewing normally. I now regret choosing to undergo such complex treatment in Turkey. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision and help the practice understand how to improve. For highly complex restorative or functional cases, I would recommend seeking treatment from a prosthodontist with advanced expertise in Europe. I learnt my lesson. Thanks anyway

I can fully recommend Dental Excellence Turkey. More than two years ago, I spent almost a full year comparing clinics in different countries, including Switzerland, Hungary, Bulgaria and Turkey, for Implants. Out of all clinics, Dental Excellence was the only one where I couldn’t find a single red flag, everything looked clean, professional and trustworthy from the first moment. I finally chose them and I was not disappointed. The entire process was extremely professional: the surgeons placing my Straumann implants, the doctors creating and fitting the final crowns, the assistants who support international patients, the reception staff, and even the drivers. Everyone is organised, friendly and highly competent. The implant surgery went perfectly and three months later the final crowns were fitted with the same level of professionalism. The results have been excellent. Even compared to well-known dental clinics in Switzerland, the dentists at Dental Excellence Turkey work on a level that easily matches them and in some areas, especially implant-related procedures, their routine and hands-on expertise are even more noticeable. A Swiss clinic was unable to remove one of my abutments and recommended a destructive procedure with a rescue kit. At Dental Excellence, the dentists diagnosed the real issue within minutes and solved it quickly and professionally. This experience confirmed to me how much routine and specialised knowledge they truly have. I have now returned again for follow-up treatment and the quality has been consistently outstanding. Where do I begin!!! 5⭐️ I first messaged Oksana back in 2021 after meeting someone who’d had their teeth done at the clinic and his looked incredible. I was on the fence about whether to take the plunge, but after researching various clinics and treatment options both in the UK and abroad (FOR AGES), I kept gravitating back to Dental Excellence. Oksana was always so patient and answered all my questions without pressuring me to book treatment. She is amazing. She always offered honest advice throughout the process, which really helped build my trust in the clinic. I was fully aware of all options available for me before booking treatment. I also attended a consultation in the UK and after seeing other patients results and hearing about their experiences, I booked. I felt confident but at the same time was terrified - but was in good hands. When I landed in Antalya, the driver was already waiting for me when I arrived. A small car with a single driver and a more intimate clinic compared to some of the larger dentists you see over here. They accommodated me in a hotel five minutes from the clinic. The clinic is immaculate and all the staff so friendly, warm and welcoming. After the first appointment - involving the dreaded injections and drilling (it was nowhere near as bad as expected) I was given moulds of my original teeth to wear for 24 hours. I returned the next day to have temporary veneers fitted, giving me the chance to trial the look and feel while the permanent ones were being prepared. The following day, I went back to try on the permanent veneers. They absolutely nailed the shape and size from the start. I only requested a few minor tweaks, mainly to the shade. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision... “if you are happy, we are double happy”. They were always happy to send them back to the lab for changes. I’d spent a long time researching different materials, styles, and looks, so I knew exactly what I was aiming for. Dental Excellence took the time to understand that. They tailored the entire process to suit me, hand selecting the smile that matched my vision. The final result was almost identical to the “wish pic” I had shown them. 100% the best dentist I have ever visited. I had a smile makeover back in 2020 and have returned a couple of times since for checkups and other work and honestly Dental Excellence are the best. They go out of their way to provide the best service, their treatments are painless and they always ensure I go home happy. I have had regular communication with my coordinator Oksana via WhatsApp over the last 3 years she always responds promptly and is so kind!
