I was visiting Ankara and since I had time, I reached out to check if I could fix my dental crowns on recent root canals. They were super responsive and English speaker friendly. It was such a smooth process and they fit me in so that I could get my work done before my flight out. Buse was fantastic and made the process from start to finish so easy. Her communication was superb and I felt completely taken care of. She even helped me get all my invoices and documents to submit to my insurance back home. Dr. İlkay Gül was also fantastic. He was so quick and professional. Their clinic has all the latest technology and all my scans and 3D rendering were done in no time. A big thank you to the entire team! After a sea contract, it was extremely important for me to recover and properly take care of my dental health - and finally, I found such a clinic in Turkey. I would like to thank Uzm. Dt. Ugur Çeltikci for the professional treatment. I am generally very picky, especially when it comes to doctors, but this was truly top-level!

AVOID THIS DENTIST! I wish someone had warned me. I was visiting my niece in Ankara for a few weeks and decided to give this place a try as it was so much cheaper than in the US. You get what you pay for! I needed just one crown done but they talked me into replacing 3 more….because might as well since I was there right? Wrong! Food now constantly gets stuck between my teeth because the crowns were made too small leaving a gap to trap food. One crown fell off about 6 months later. My local dentist told me that the crown was not fitted right and that’s why it fell off. He put it back on for me but gave no warranty it would last. Another one of my crowns was fused to an adjacent tooth. As I couldn’t floss between those teeth I noticed it before I left Turkey and brought it up to the dentist. She attempted to separate the two teeth but was unable to do so. She said I didn’t need to worry about flossing between those two teeth. When my local dentist saw it, he said to leave the teeth like that would not meet the standard of care in the US and I absolutely needs to floss. Unfortunately now I’m supposed to thread a plastic needle with floss and poke it under those teeth and floss from the bottom up. It is difficult spot to reach and I find it very painful so I really don’t do it that often which I’m sure will cause more problems for me in the future. I also had veneers put on my front upper teeth. One chipped off in less than a year. My dentist told me the one next to it looks like it will also likely break as the veneers were not properly placed. My dentist also told me the veneers on my front two teeth weren’t put on correctly so that is why I feel a ridge/gap on the underside of my front teeth. He is using bonding on the underside in an attempt to make the veneers last longer. Dental Estetik requested pictures and correspondence from my dentist explaining the problem, but then only offered to fix the issue if I would come back to Turkey so they could do it themselves. Even if it wasn’t cost prohibitive, I would never go back there. They talked me into unnecessary work that ruined the good crowns I had, fused teeth together, and put on veneers that need help to last over a year! I thought I was going to come back and tell everyone how smart I was to get dental work abroad where it is so much cheaper. Instead, it is humiliating to discuss all the problems I have now with my dentist so that I could save a little money. Of course it’s cheaper. They can do shoddy work and don’t have to fix anything. Update: in response, I stand by my comments. You somehow didn’t even notice that you fused my teeth together or simply decided not to mention it to me. When I came back for you to fix it, you were unable to do so and I was just pretty much told to live with it. As I stated, per my local dentist, leaving my teeth that way does not meet standard of care in the US. As for months have gone by and you don’t know how I take care of my teeth … the crowns you took out lasted years with no problem. You replaced them and first one falls out after just a couple months!! Plus my local dentist told me the crowns were made too small. That’s why one already fell out and others have a gap that now constantly gets food caught. That’s not an issue with my bite, that’s an issue with your work! Just posting because I wish someone warned me.

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The doctor who treated me, as well as all the staff, were very kind and professional. They took the time to clearly explain my oral health condition and the treatment plan, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. I truly appreciate their care and professionalism. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Güzin and her team. The clinic is truly high-end, equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology—more advanced than many practices I had seen in the USA. Dr. Güzin is not only highly skilled but also remarkably detail-oriented. She performed a deep cleaning using innovative tools I had never encountered before, leaving my teeth spotless and shiny. She also completed three fillings and applied a composite laminate to correct a cosmetic imperfection on my front tooth. I never imagined such a procedure could be done so seamlessly, and the improvement in my smile is beyond my expectations. Beyond the advanced technology and expertise, what stood out to me was the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, caring, and attentive, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.
