Dentakay Dental Clinic Antalya

I have been to Dentakay in Antalya four times in the space of 16 months. Yes, you read that right! The first time all went well with the exception of very long waiting times at the clinic, I was very pleased with the end result. Am trying to keep this condensed as it would not let me post the full version of events the last time. I was quoted £6000 initially over WhatsApp but this went up to £8000 when they assessed me in person. Overall I was happy and got the treatment. The follow up and aftercare was awful and I needed to do a lot of chasing. The second time I was left stranded at the airport and the hotel were not expecting me! I needed another two extractions and a further implant so another £500 was required. Within 3 months of completion, the bottom set started to wobble so I returned and I needed 5 extractions and another 5 implants which would cost another £2500. So now the dental bill was £11,000 in total. Dentakay only paid for the flight and hotel the first time. So I have had to pay three more times which was £3500 between the cost of the trip and loss of earnings each time. So for all four trips, the cost of making the journey and loss of earnings was £14,000 and the cost of the treatment was £11,000. I had to extend my visit on the third occasion as the temporary teeth they gave me broke on the first night when I was meant to fly the next day. The hotel they put me in for the extension was awful and I had to fight my corner to get medical Botox off them for no extra cost because I grind my teeth. I was wearing the mouthguard when the teeth broke. The temporary teeth I was sent home with broke after two months so I had to go back much earlier than planned which put me under huge financial pressure. The reason the have lots of five star reviews is because they get you to write the review at the clinic at the end of your first and second visit and of course you will write great things with a mouth full of new pearly whites and not having encountered any issues as of yet. You also need to return once a year for a check -up in order for your warranty to remain valid so please bear that in mind. If I had my time again, I would choose a clinic that has several clinics in the UK where you can be treated if things go wrong for the same cost as it gets very expensive going back and forth to Turkey. I was quoted £6000 and have now paid £25,000 in total with all things considered. I would like to say that the extreme professionalism of the staff at the clinic and their attention to detail are the reason for the two stars! The pictures are the broken temporary teeth two months after my third trip out there.

My mum have a wonderful experience at Dentakay Clinic in Antalya. The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were professional, kind, and extremely attentive. Special thanks to Lala and Veronica for their amazing support and friendly attitude, which made me feel comfortable at every step. I would like to praise the dentists, consultants, assistants, the planning department, and all staff members — everyone was professional, supportive, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome. Some reviews mention long waiting times, but it’s important to understand that the clinic operates differently from many dental practices abroad, where dentists often work with fixed 30 - 40-minute appointment slots and strictly limited procedures. When complex treatments and crowns are completed within 3–4 days, doctors must carry out a significant volume of work and spend as much time as needed with each patient. This approach makes it possible to complete extensive treatment in a short time while maintaining quality and individual attention. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking serious dental treatment delivered by skilled professionals using modern technology.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Dentakay kept in contact about all my transfers from the airport, including from the hotel to the clinic and vice-versa. All the staff were very welcoming and informative. My dentist cem taspinar was amazing, talked me through every process and what he was doing while I was in the chair which was very calming and reassuring! My teeth have turned out perfect. I was recommended by friends to come here and highly recommend this place.

Dr.Metin and his team was amazing from start to finish, I met so many people coming back here for implants, crowns and people even coming back to fix teeth they broke and they all said the team and doctors are amazing from start to finish, very professional 10 stars I would give them. My teeth were very stained, fillings that looked very discolored, the UK dentists just always wanted to fill my teeth or extract them and you cant get on the NHS dentist and the private are very expensive thats why our teeth rot in the UK.
