I didn't actually want to give negative feedback, but I feel ignored and excluded by the clinic. Just because I don't live in Istanbul, they unfortunately offered me no alternative. I had a facial treatment, which was good—you can't really go wrong with that—and then two days later I had Botox. The esthetician was nice, and I generally felt good after the facial. I openly told the doctor who administers the Botox that I've been getting the treatment for over a decade. However, she clearly had a different idea of ​​what constitutes a good treatment. She criticized the European style, claiming she does it better and more naturally. Now my face is crooked; one eye/eyebrow rises when I make facial expressions, while the other droops. My frown lines haven't changed at all; they're still moving. And as I said, one eye is higher and the other is lower, and the doctor is acting like it's okay! Avoid this doctor at all costs. She knows absolutely nothing about facial muscles and how they work together. She's clearly conducting an experiment on patients from abroad who can't do anything about it because we're not there in person, and there isn't even an apology. I would never have any corrective work done there; the risk of her making things worse is too high for me. All I ever hear from the practice are excuses. If it were my first treatment, I might still believe them, but after 12 years and three times a year, I think I know what a good treatment is and what went wrong. I'm just showing one photo as an example from the sides. As I said, it did absolutely nothing for my frown lines, nothing for my eyes, and the rest is crooked. Avoid this practice.

The doctor is very caring and attentive to the patient. Her team is also very friendly. We have been performing fractional laser treatments for over a year. With good follow-up, I have seen a significant improvement in my abdominal area. In parallel, I have started to see similar results with other localized fat reduction treatments.

I was very pleased with the doctor's approach. During the examination, he explained every detail clearly and patiently answered my questions. I would like to thank him again!

I was extremely satisfied with the Botox treatment given by the doctor. Both her detailed explanation before the procedure and her meticulous attention to detail made me feel very comfortable.
