Cosmedica Hair Transplantation Clinic

From medical aspect point of view I would rate the service higher. Looking at this as a Premium service, I feel rather reserved. As was mentioned in some comments, its kind of industrial treatment. I felt like a part in a conveyor belt. I am most critical to being informed. Arrived at the AirPort, had to investigate about the transport. At the clinic, there were some procedures without commentary - blood injections with who knows what. Never told me what the next procedure would be to the point where i was being operated without heads up - didnt have chance to go to toilet for a long time. Than they were telling me ut would be only 15 minutes - like 6 times. Very uncomfy. And also Cosmedica stated they pay for three nights and the hotel charged me more than 300 usd - not solved until a month after. Makes me wonder how they count the number of grafts, one has no chance to verify i guess. It was ok at the end, my rating is a bit too harsh… it is aligned with the price Tag though. By far, outstanding clinic! We traveled from Orlando Florida after plenty of research and from the time I contacted Cosmetica until the time we finished I was in the right hands! Every single person from Dr Acar to the cleaning folks are the most friendly welcoming people! The procedure was completely painless and was done in 2 days. The third day was used to evaluate the grafts and donar area where they placed a bandage and since we were staying longer they invited us back for a wash on the 4th day! The transfer was great the rides from the included hotel were on time and I cannot say anything bad about this place! Highly recommend:)

I had the pleasure of getting my procedure done at this clinic. The staff was absolutely phenomenal in making sure that my stay during this procedure was comfortable and stress free. I'd like to thank Dr. Acar and his team, especially, Ms. Melisa, Ms. Demet, Ms. Nargis, Ms. Deniz, and Mr. Hassan for making this trip as smooth as possible from the beginning till the end. The end results are yet to be seen, but I highly recommend this clinic for hair transplant and other cosmetic procedures like dental, and face uplifts etc.

Cosmedica did an amazing job from booking, pickup/dropoff from airport (Maybach), precare and explanations, along with the operation and after care process. Any questions have been met positively even for things I read wrong and they just kindly told me the correct instructions. Flew in from ATL and stayed in a nice resort. The office was state of the art and have never seen an office quite like that. My ONLY complaint was the food before the operation. It could have been more fresh, after flights and little food/sleep, I feel like that should be more important of a concern of theirs when they did everything else beyond expectation. The staff helping him were beyond understanding and nice. The estimate was 3500-4000 grafts and ended up doing 5100. I would highly reccomend the needle free anesthesia if you're sensitive to deep but short pain (I have a sensitive head). Thank you Cosmedica and Dr.Acar!
