Service pre-surgery of hair transplant and even post surgery was excellent. The staff is helpful, friendly and they are always here whenever needed. Ms. Ecem was always following up on me for many months since I started my initial contact with the clinic to have the surgery gets done and she was always replying at any times or days of contact, even on weekends, morning, nights. She was here from the pathology tests phase, instructions phase, consultation till the start of surgery as well and that was even extended post surgery and I appreciate her professional and continuous support tolerating my continuous number of questions. The staff also did not leave post surgery and was supporting even during entering the cab so that you do not hit your head. Clinic was clean and well equipped, it was even having defibrillator and crash cart at the door of the operating theatres, following the medical standards besides its inside a hospital so it is safe in cases of emergency (I am a pharmacist so I work on medical field and consider those details)...it was an experience considerate of small details!

Im Dexter from Singapore, and I had my hair transplant at Clinicana on 15th December and I confidently say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The procedure took about 7 hrs for 3700 grafts, including lunch and toilet breaks.. and the team made sure I was comfortable throughout. They even played music during the procedure, which helped me relax. The facilities were spotless and every staff member was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I was a little bit nervous initially coz I have hypertension but they provided medication to help me stay clam. After the operation, I returned home the next day following the final checkup and bandage removal. Communication didn’t stop there, they stayed in touch via WhatsApp, providing updates and guidance. Great experience from beginning to ‘end’. Found Clinicana online, and did tonnes of research before approaching. They seemed to be a great balance of value and quality. After approaching them, Ecem was in contact with me. She was always informative and never pressured me. I booked a procedure only 5 days ahead and Ecem took care of everything once my flights were sorted, ensuring transfers , accommodation and clinic appointments were all in plan - and everything worked as laid out. The hotel was lovely, although dinner a little pricy - I would encourage you to roam into Taksim Square and have a look for different restaurants. The procedure itself was fine - the injection of the anaesthetic was quite uncomfortable, but they took their time and kept me informed. The procedure itself was without issue and painless, and I remained pain free after the procedure. The clinic was in a main hospital; the facilities were spotless and the staff excellent. I’m now day 10 post procedure - all of the scabs have dropped off and it’s looking good. The donor area has been a little sore on and off, but nothing severe and paracetamol was fine to manage it. Really looking forward to seeing the results! I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clinicana. I’ve already got one friend who has approached them and another considering it. Simply fantastic.

Excellent experience, mainly because of Ecem, my point of contact there. I began communicating with Clinicana a good 6-8 months before the procedure, and Ecem was with me from the beginning, answering WhatsApp messages at all hours of the day or night. Once I arrived in Istanbul, the process was smooth and seamless, from pickup at the airport to blood work at the hospital the same night, to my first appointment the next day, to the actual procedure the following day. Everything was scripted, on time, and super professional. Ecem, even though she had to be handling dozens of clients all at once, never made me feel hurried, instead, I felt like I was the center of her attention at all times. After the procedure, next day’s follow up was great, and Ecem has continued following up after I got home. Overall, this was really the best experience I could have had. Now I look forward to new hair in the coming year!
