I had a dental emergency while I was visiting Istanbul, Turkey for the first time, and I was accepted on a Sunday without an appointment, which I truly appreciate. The doctor made time for me and took my situation seriously. I had swollen and bleeding gums next to a back tooth. They did an X-ray, gave me anesthesia, and prescribed antibiotics. Even though we didn’t speak the same language fluently, the doctor used a translator to communicate with me and made sure I understood everything. The entire staff was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. I felt taken care of and comfortable despite the circumstances. Highly recommend!

I'm not from Turkey, but my treatment was good. I was welcomed well, but you can tell straight away that almost no one speaks any English. Communication was therefore very difficult, and sometimes Google Translate was used in the treatment room. Appointments were never kept, and everything always started much later. You could be an hour late and they don't really care. I only recommend it if you have someone who can translate for you (if you don't speak Turkish yourself).
