I have just had a labioplaaty and vaginoplasty Dr Aysel Uysal was amazing and the surgery was great im so happy with the results she is warm and welcoming and can explain everything as her english is good Marie the coordinater is great and keeps you informed through out the translator is realy nice and will go over anything you are unsure of over all although i was nervous they all made me feel safe and looked after even the transport driver went out of his way to help i would recomend Dr Uysal to anyone and am planning to return in the future for further surgery thank you so much to all Dr Uysals staff and CatchLife

I used Catch Life to arrange treatment in Antalya. In the lead-up, communication was good and they were super responsive over WhatsApp, which gave me confidence. On the day, transport was organised and I was taken to my appointment as planned. However, issues came up during the consultation. I had been very clear beforehand in writing on whatsapp about what was included and what I was paying for, and Catch Life were there to translate this. At that point, I was told I needed to pay extra by Catch Life, despite this not being what we had agreed. I had to bring up the whatsapp messages to prove what was agreed - really unsettling and added unnecessary stress just before treatment. There was also confusion around pre-appointment instructions ... of which I wasn't given any. And after, I had to chase Catch Life for aftercare guidance, which should have been provided without being asked. In the months that followed, it became apparent that part of what had originally been discussed had not been carried out - notably the same aspect I had been asked to pay extra for on the day. When I contacted Catch Life to raise these concerns and requested a conversation, there was no meaningful follow-up and I ultimately I decided to deal directly with the doctor myself. Overall, while the initial organisation was good - I was disappointed with the lack of clarity, last-minute pressure and poor before/after care support.

I had the same surgeon again, Dr Bahadir Celik, and was once again looked after by the same lovely lady, Mari, who stayed with me and was just as amazing as before. They even take you to get all your medication after surgery, so you’re never left worrying or organising anything yourself. The aftercare, consistency, and genuine care they show is outstanding. I couldn’t recommend CatchLife enough — especially Dr Bahadir Celik — they truly look after you long after the surgery is done.

Amazing Facelift Experience at CatchLife Aesthetic I recently had a facelift at CatchLife Aesthetic in Antalya, and I’m so happy with how everything went. I recently was told by my local optician in the UK that I would fail my eyesight test for the merchant navy next time it was due (November 2023) and as my wife was travelling to Turkey to have a new set of teeth fitted, I looked at options to get my eyes looked at. I contacted Catch Life about a month before we travelled and Batuhan, my co-ordinator arranged a consultation with the surgeon Dr. Selim to have my eyes scanned and tested. We arrived on a Saturday and went straight for an eye test, it was exactly what the optician in the UK had said that I was very long sighted and needed Milk Bottle bottoms for reading and near vision. We discussed laser treatment and the different forms of that and then also discussed lens replacement. After a lengthy discussion, I opted for lens replacement and a further meeting and tests were scheduled for the Monday. My Wife and I had a free day on the Sunday, so went out and enjoyed Antalya. On Monday I went for a second check and My Wife went to get her mouth sorted and measured up for some new teeth. After my consultation with Dr. Selim, Batuhan and I had a long chat and I confirmed I would go for the lens replacement. Tuesday my right eye was done and Wednesday my left eye. I returned Thursday for tests, and all seemed to have gone well. There was no pain during the operations. Right eye took around 40 minutes and left nearly 2 hours due to finding cataracts. Vision was blurry long distance and almost 20/20 on the Thursday for both eyes. Dr. Selim arranged a further follow up and plenty of Meds which Batuhan took me to get from the Chemist. I returned with My Wife on the Saturday and could read all of the eye test card, right to the bottom. Batuhan also arranged a further consultation with a Dr. to look at my arthriticky hands and fingers, which was great too, very professional throughout and I would highly recommend these Gentlemen who seem to take a lot of pride in their work. Eye Surgeon was Dr. SELIM Special Nurse Batuhan assisted and arranged and attended all meetings, transportation etc. A great experience throughout. Highly recommended.
