“Pig’s nose I didn’t ask for – my rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Sakaraya” On June 27, 2025, I had surgery with Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Sakaraya that included rhinoplasty and a midface lift. This review reflects only my personal experience with Dr. Sakaraya, who works at CareInTurkey. It does not reflect on CareInTurkey as a company, since I worked directly with the doctor. My surgical request was clear: remove the dorsal hump and refine the bulbous tip while keeping the nose natural. I also provided reference photos to illustrate my wishes. After surgery, my nose appeared shorter, with a over-rotated tip and visible nostrils creating a pig's nose look that looks unnatural on my face. At no point during consultation was this outcome explained to me as part of the surgical plan, and I would not have agreed to it had I known. From my perspective, these changes were made without my informed consent and my aesthetic request was completly ignored. When I questioned it, the doctor told me it was done because it’s the “beauty standard for women.” In addition, I have developed breathing difficulties — specifically, my right nostril does not breathe properly since the surgery. Following the midface lift, I also noticed malar swelling under my eyes that I did not have before surgery. At this stage, I feel these changes disrupted my facial harmony. This has been a very difficult experience for me, both emotionally and physically. I share my perspective here so that other patients can be fully aware of the importance of ensuring their aesthetic goals are clearly understood and confirmed before surgery.

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Mevlut for implant treatment. The service was excellent and very professional. I'm going back in five months for the placement of my 24 zirconium crowns. They're crazy... I ask for a quote and they make me wait 8 days... I write again and they tell me they have a new collaborator and will contact me soon. Nothing, still gone. I write again and nothing. Then one day (over two weeks of silence have passed) I tell them to go to hell and immediately someone else writes to me saying that the new collaborator... is on vacation 🤣🤣🤣 They can't even tell lies, they can't even come to an agreement... a new person on vacation, definitely... then (without ever having sent any quote or details of the job) they started texting me asking if I was still interested. Interested in what, though, no one knows. I've asked them never to contact me again, let's hope for the best. Update: They keep texting me as if nothing had happened, asking what I'm interested in (and they know). If they continue, I'll report them.

AVOID THIS SCAM – THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR! I deeply regret choosing this clinic in Turkey for my gastric sleeve surgery. While the procedure itself was performed, everything after that was an absolute nightmare. They broke multiple agreements, took my money, and then completely abandoned me when I needed post-op care. Post-Op Care is a Joke – They Do NOT Help You I paid for comprehensive post-op services, including follow-ups with the surgeon and a The dietitian named ibrahim erkan bülbül. They refused to help me. The dietitian Ibrahim lied to me multiple times, dodged my questions, and then literally ran away instead of providing support. NO ONE gave me any real medical advice. They Will Say Anything to Get Your Money Before the surgery, they promised professional support, detailed post-op guidelines, and a proper recovery plan. All lies. Once they got my money, they ignored my concerns, refused to provide proper follow-ups, and never honored their promises. They Are Running a Scam – I Have Proof I have emails, chat messages, and other evidence proving how they scam patients. They will string you along with fake assurances, take your payment, and then vanish when you need real medical guidance. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! This is the worst company when it comes to post-care. They rob people, lie consistently, and leave you stranded. If you’re considering weight loss surgery, go somewhere reputable. This clinic will leave you to suffer alone after taking your money.
