An agreement is made saying that the end is guaranteed, then it is terminated with excuses. If you count the sessions you have already attended, when you reach a certain number they cut it off but the name is "end guaranteed" and it doesn't end, then excuses like "it's normal, they won't finish, etc."

I was not satisfied with the laser hair removal. They said it guaranteed complete hair removal, but my hair only thinned and didn't decrease. Ms. Dilek told me that my hair was now thinner and that her machine was no longer effective and that I should go elsewhere. She had given me the upper lip area as a gift, and when I said there was no reduction, she said she gave it to me casually, that no machine actually works on the upper lip area. If that's the case, why did she give it as a gift? It's ridiculous. I don't find this business honest and I don't recommend it. I went to a dermatologist and they told me that only doctors use machines that guarantee complete hair removal. I would also recommend going to a doctor's clinic.
