Customer service is of the highest standard. Picked up in a private transfer from the airport and taken to the hotel. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Room was great too. Everyone that’s part of the surgical team and the organisation of the treatment are professional and very helpful. Everything is explained to you in great detail, you are fed and watered and reassured throughout. The aftercare team have been amazing as well and are always by the phone for any queries. Can’t fault anything.

There are no words to really describe how fantastic there staff are. So caring and friendly. Extremely professional. In terms of the hair procedure it’s only been 3 weeks but so far so good. I’ve had no pain and I am so happy with how everything is looking. Would really recommend them, they’re so supportive and the surgeon has 16 years experience that shows!!! Extremely affordable prices!! The hotel was also wonderful, 4 star and it was not far from the hospital. They had a restaurant downstairs with a delicious menu. Overall extremely happy with the experience. Would just like to publicly thank them for doing such a great job !!!

I have just returned back to the UK from Turkey from having a rhinoplasty procedure and cannot fault the service. The hospital was very clean and the nurses are so caring. The hotel was beautiful and only a couple of minutes from the hospital, my surgeon was fantastic and I am so happy with the result. Rana who was with me at every appointment was lovely and made me feel at ease! Even the guys who picked me up and took me back to the airport were very professional. I would highly recommend Longevita and if I was going to have any other procedures I would 100% return. Thank you

I came from England to have the treatment done and i chose longevita after a long time of researching lots of companies. The service was first class and from the first e-mail i was not let down the clinic is good and very clean and although there was a language barrier the longevita rep was on hand to translate at all times. There was no question unanswered and i felt very comfortable in a foreign country. All the staff from rep to the nurses and surgeon were fantastic, very friendly and professional i would absolutely recommend.

Had amazing experience here. I have heard a lot about Turkish hospitality and now i had a chance to experience it. Everyone including doctors, nurses assistants are so nice. They more like friends. Also they are such a hard workers. My surgery lasted about two hours longer than it was planed due to more hair grafts transplanted. Originally we spoke about 2600 grafts but the doctor decided to do 3000 grafts. Such a good surprise for no extra costs. Would highly recommend to everyone.
