I had my rhinoplasty at this clinic and had a very positive experience. The staff were professional and supportive from the consultation through recovery, and everything was well organized. The surgeon explained the procedure clearly, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout. I’m happy with my results and would recommend this clinic to anyone considering rhinoplasty.✨

I started orthodontic treatment through Badge Health and I'm very happy with the process. My treatment is still ongoing, but the results so far are quite satisfying. From the initial examination to my follow-up appointments, the team has been very attentive and I've been kept informed at every stage. My orthodontist clearly explained the treatment plan and helped me feel secure throughout the process. The quality of service and patient follow-up is truly excellent. I highly recommend them.

I’d give 0 stars if i could. I underwent a breast reduction procedure at this clinic. While I was under anaesthetic, my tooth was chipped. The clinic acknowledged that this occurred but later refused to take responsibility unless I paid an additional £800 to have it fixed. Since then, I have made multiple formal requests for copies of the consent forms and documents I signed, but these have not been provided. My attempts to resolve the issue and submit a complaint have been ignored, with repeated excuses given instead. I am now having to escalate this matter further due to the lack of accountability and transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I was deeply disappointed. The operation was not as shown in the photos on their website. I received a quote via WhatsApp on their website in January and had my eyebrow and hair transplanted. The coordinator, Melisa, had me sign numerous contracts, but they obviously included plans to post the procedure on websites and social media, so I had to read them carefully. I was also made to sign pages that didn't even include a diagnosis. The procedure took place in the basement of a beauty clinic called Elit Istanbul, and was carried out by Dr. Furkan, a doctor with treatment experience since 2015, and two nurses from 7pm to 2am. I was shown a photo of my ideal design, and the doctor began drawing it freehand, claiming that it would look natural. There were no guide lines to check the width of the eyebrows or the balance with the eyes, as shown on their website, so it was all very rough. I had to redraw it many times. No hair diagnosis was done, and I asked for hair transplants on the top and temples, but they refused. So I went ahead and did it, surrounded by four Turkish people. I explained my preliminary research. For the eyebrows, I showed them on an iPad the angle, direction, and hairline of the thin hairs behind my ears, and suggested a natural zigzag pattern. They just said, "Okay." The initial estimate for the number of grafts was 3,500, but they suggested 2,250. This didn't add up at all, considering 40-60 grafts per square centimeter. They said excessive harvesting is unprofessional, and calculating per square centimeter is an excessive number. In the end, they went for 2,500, but they didn't even count. Two nurses extracted the hairs from my head, but it didn't seem like they were separating the grafts for the eyebrows. The doctor then transplanted the hairs, playing local music and chatting with the nurses while singing. Exhausted and anxious from the anesthesia on my head and face and the pain in my neck, I just felt the sensation of the hairs being transplanted. There was no calculation of the graft distribution. When the conversation got lively, the placement of the grafts seemed to move less, resulting in a difference in density. Even when I asked in English how they divided the crafts and how many they had, they just replied, "Don't worry, my friend," and carried on. The eyebrows were simply implanted without any of the meticulous calculations you see on YouTube. When I asked how many crafts I needed, they said 300 for each eyebrow, which was too many. I told them to reduce it as I went along. When I looked in the mirror after the surgery was said to be over, I was disappointed by the unnatural straight transplants and my unkempt eyebrows. When I told them to implant them in a zigzag pattern, they started to gather up the scattered crafts from the surgical equipment they were putting away and began to plant them, but there was nothing left. They made a slight zigzag with the remaining crafts, but it was too late. I showed them photos of previous projects to convince them that it was going well, but they were all from the Middle East, and the eyebrows and hairline I had suggested as a model were not taken into consideration at all. In conclusion, I was deeply regretful of having let myself be subjected to such a sloppy operation. And it all felt so foolish. Tired from the travel, tired from the treatment, tired from the language, and then the distrust and disappointment with the results. I never want to go through this again, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through it. In short, I cannot recommend this clinic.

The team is fantastic, the care is perfect, I highly recommend it, and Dr. Meta is very professional and realistic; he thinks about the patients and offers them what is best suited for them ❤️❤️❤️
