I was told that a tooth that had been incorrectly treated previously needed to be extracted, and that there would be different treatment options for that area. At 25 years old, I had to face the fear of losing my teeth and having my dental structure damaged. I found this clinic by researching reviews, and the doctor I was referred to was so professional that he managed the process wonderfully for me. I underwent implant treatment, and today is the day my procedure is complete and I have my tooth back. I would like to thank Dr. Mehmet very much for his problem-free treatment. Throughout my long-term treatment, I was met with the same warmth and friendliness every time I visited the clinic, which increased my commitment to the treatment each time. Let me describe my experience at the clinic where I went for root canal treatment and an impacted wisdom tooth. From the moment I started the two-stage root canal treatment, the doctor's care and attention completely took away all the stress I was experiencing during the treatment. I especially thank Dr. İrem for her care during the root canal treatment. The wisdom tooth, which I approached with trepidation, exceeded my expectations. My previously erupted and impacted tooth was a complete nightmare during and after the procedure. When I learned that the other one was also impacted, I had to undergo the procedure, something I never thought I would do. The doctor's attentiveness and patience helped me overcome some of my fears, and his slow and gentle approach during the procedure, without ignoring my anxieties, even helped me forget the other nightmare. I would like to thank Dr. Alparslan very much for this procedure as well. Also, the clinic was very clean and spacious, and all the staff were friendly and polite. Even though I went on a rainy day, there was no mud or dirt inside the clinic. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and doctors to everyone around me. I would like to thank the Avrupadent Bornova family for helping me overcome my fear of the dentist, which frightened me and made me hesitant.

I don't recommend it; if you experience problems after the procedure, you can't reach anyone outside of working hours. Today, my daughter had her wisdom tooth surgically removed. Her jaw started swelling during the day. When we called, they sent a prescription via WhatsApp and directed us to the hospital. Around 10 PM, we checked and the stitches had come undone. We couldn't reach anyone for information or help. Luckily, there was another dental clinic nearby that accepted us at that time; I'm grateful (Dent35). Update (due to high demand from the clinic): Yes, after seeing the review, they called and asked to see her again. We didn't want any further intervention because my daughter was incredibly scared. Yesterday, we were helpless, terrified, and couldn't find anyone to talk to. Today, they told us, "There were other branches; you could have gone before 12." My daughter asked the doctor before the procedure, especially since she had a flight in three days, if there was even the slightest risk of the procedure causing barotrauma or any other problems. Although the doctor said there would be no problems whatsoever, today he said she shouldn't eat anything solid for at least two or three more days because her whole body is inflamed. (We are naturally doubtful of the truthfulness of what was said, and since we agreed to the procedure based on this assurance, we may have been misinformed.) Furthermore, after reviewing both the previous X-ray and the new X-ray taken yesterday, and after seeing the tooth clearly – which should be sufficient for a dentist to identify an impacted tooth – it was stated that bone was pressing down on the tooth and that this bone could be removed to extract the tooth, but this was irreversible halfway through the operation. If we had known this, we would never have consented to the procedure. We had clearly expressed our fear from the outset that even the slightest complication could interfere with my daughter's work and travel. Unfortunately, we are now forced to pay an extra 7670 TL to change our plane tickets and are also having problems with her workplace. My daughter's fear and stress are also a major issue. However, after seeing the review, they actually called and inquired about this matter, and we don't want to mislead potential customers.

I chose Mr. Alparslan Biyik for wisdom tooth extraction and root canal treatment. He performed all my treatment quickly without any pain. He explained to me very well what I should do to avoid pain after the treatment. As a person with a fear of dentists, I will definitely choose him again.
