You go for the first examination. After that, there's no chance of getting an appointment. Either they don't answer, or they're all booked up. I couldn't continue my treatment. Because I was in pain, I had to go somewhere else. My brother and mother had their teeth cleaned. They both came out in a terrible state. Anyone who values ​​their health should think twice before going there.

I arrived at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry for my appointment on January 23, 2026, at 10:30 AM, before my scheduled time. The woman at the entrance told me to go up to the fourth floor. I entered the Endodontics Department. There was a large screen, and everyone was waiting. I started waiting too. No one's name was called, no one was addressed. After an hour had passed my appointment time, at 11:30 AM, I went to the door to ask how much longer I would have to wait. They said, "An hour has passed since my appointment. We can't see you." Even though I had already registered, they said I needed to tell them I was there when I arrived. Where am I supposed to know this? No one at the door told me I needed to do this, so how am I supposed to know? They said, "Ask inside, maybe they'll let you in." When I went inside, they said, "An hour has passed, we can't see you. We're on our lunch break now." How can they be on their lunch break at 11:30 AM? They're not following the government's established lunch break; they're setting their own break, infringing on the rights of dozens of people. To make matters worse, they approached me with an attitude like, "Everyone knows, how can you not know?" I waited a week for an appointment, I'm in severe pain, we leave our work and come here. They performed a treatment on me. I was told, "If you're not satisfied, you can go down and talk to your patients." When I went down to the patient rights office, its room was locked. I am currently a victim of this situation. I demand that the on-call doctor and the secretary in the Endodontics Department be penalized for violating my rights and the rights of others, for their disrespectful approach, and for setting their own lunch break times.
