I have been doing research for a long time about gynecomastia surgery. I found Dr. Nedim by looking at the comments and I contacted him to get information. He answered all my curiosity and questions in the best way and we decided on the surgery date. We got a date for the surgery on August 18th and had my surgery. It has been 1 month and it went so well, I am very happy. I am glad I found Dr. Nedim. Thank you very much. I recommend it to everyone. No one should be afraid of surgery. They should trust Dr. Nedim. First of all, they should trust Dr. Nedim and then Ms. Gülsüm. Thank you very much. They were very attentive and thank you very much.

First of all, hello everyone. I've been struggling with gynocomastia, both physically and psychologically, for many years. After making the decision and conducting thorough research, we had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Nedim. About 24 days ago, after a detailed discussion about my condition and the examination, I immediately requested surgery due to our doctor's experience. I can say that the result was more than I expected or imagined. I recovered quickly and am very happy now. I would like to thank Dr. Nedim and Gülsüm for their care. I'm so glad you're here.

A week ago, I had liposuction of my chin and hips by Dr. Nedim, and despite some swelling, I'm already very pleased with the results. My wife also had gynecomastia six years ago, and believe me, Dr. Nedim is the best in Ankara. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and his lack of false promises for money like other doctors convinced me, and thankfully, he didn't regret it. 🙏🏻🌸

If you value your life and soul at all, stay away. The character limit won't be enough to explain. Those interested can find it on Ekşi soon. However, I will briefly explain what is necessary to protect people. In summary: The one who removed a drain when it was filling 100ml a day [the medical rule is never to remove it until it reaches 25ml a day], the one who didn't know how to syringe a seroma, the one who said "Oh, it'll pass, dear" when warned it needed to be removed, and yet the one who caused a zero fat patient to live for months with a giant belly of frozen blood, waiting for another surgeon to fix it. The one who, when a surgery he promised to perform for six hours, went on for nine hours without patient consent. He ignored the hospital authorities' warnings that a patient whose hemoglobin had dropped to 8 from blood loss needed a serious blood transfusion, saying he would fix it with "functional" medicine [he mentioned carob molasses and chia seeds]. This is why he withdrew all painkillers after 12 hours, leaving the patient with hundreds of stitches and leaving the city. This is also why a 28-year-old patient, who had no other health problems, lived with a blood pressure of around 9-4 for two months, and when warned that I was terrible, he responded, "I think you're a real worrier." So, then, I wonder why he allowed a 28-year-old patient to live with a blood pressure of around 9-4 for two months. He's so driven by commercialism that he can approach a 9-4 blood pressure patient who hasn't even recovered from anesthesia and say, "One of your breasts is a little large, but we'll revise it later, don't worry about that. I also told you there might be a copay, so I'd appreciate it if you could handle that." He can order blood tests when the situation worsens and tell his patient, "If I'd known my values were like this, I wouldn't have done this surgery," [Excuse me, was I supposed to check my values? Put a full-length mirror on the operating table, hand me a scalpel, and I'll perform the surgery while you have a cup of tea, Mr. Nedim :)] He performs surgeries without proper marking or medical discipline, and while he's a "functional physician," he's also a "promiscuous" incision maker [a crooked atrial crease, one nipple being twice the size of the other, incisions under the abdomen extending all the way to the abdomen and one 5cm lower, inner thigh deformities]. He employs a secretary/nurse combination whose job description and license are unclear, who counts and takes money, handles phone calls, appointments, and brings tea, then comes in, gives you injections, removes your drains, pushes the hospital nurses away, puts on gloves, and performs medical procedures on you. He orders fish oil and intramuscular injections of vitamin D in addition to supplements (50,000 lira) that are "essential for recovery." He breaks the vitamin D into a bottle of fish oil in front of the patient and says, "Everyone should know these." He doesn't know functional medicine, he's the one who, while saying "this is a 'bakk,'" spilled his guts, told him to drink this, and caused his patient, who couldn't walk without holding on to walls due to high blood pressure, to gag and vomit for days. He forced a 67-kilogram, 1.85-meter-tall male patient to wear a women's "S" size corset during surgery. This, along with the plasters he used, caused severe chemical burns on his back that would scar him for the rest of his life. He closed the A.plasty without using any stabilizing stitches, so two months later, despite the patient wearing the corset, the entire corset filled with infected fluid. He was hospitalized with a 210 CRP. Other surgeons had to re-insert drains to drain the fluid and eliminate the risk of sepsis [which saved my life, thank you to the doctors at Güven Hospital]. He was hospitalized after a week in a semi-conscious state, and after a truckload of medication, he was given phlebitis, leaving his veins purple and life-threatening until discharge. One of them CANNOT be a surgeon. Period. Be yourself and stay away from this person. Don't be fooled by the reviews and star ratings; the market for that job is worth hundreds of thousands of lira, and for high-end surgeons, it's just tip money. Don't gamble with your life. Find a surgeon who works for you, preferably within a hospital. This way, their actions and abilities will be monitored. You are only as valuable as you are aware of your value; realize your value. With love.

On December 25th, I underwent a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast augmentation. Although it was a lengthy procedure, my recovery was virtually painless. Dr. Nedim, with his confidence and knowledge, is, in my opinion, the best in his field. I left many decisions to him without much hesitation, and the results were excellent. I can't thank him enough for his tireless support throughout this process. I also owe a huge thank you to Nurse Gülsüm, whose smiles lift my spirits and reassure me by knowing she's always there for me, every second.
