I was given a room with the cafeteria on the upper floor. If they give me room number 4103, object. The room is above the cafeteria. While trying to sleep at night, I'm suddenly startled by the sound of trays falling. I'm also a heart patient, can you imagine waking up like that in my sick condition? I asked for a solution, but no solution was found until 3:35 AM, and finally my room was changed. Not only that, the nurses couldn't find my veins, even though they always said my veins were easy to find. My bed was a pool of blood, there was a leak, but they didn't check my arm for leakage, they didn't clean the bed. And what's even funnier? Even though my wound was on the side of my forehead, they didn't know where it was. They applied cream behind my ear, where there was nothing wrong. What more can I say? Honestly, this is completely unacceptable for Acıbadem. They hurt me deeply and upset me.

I made an appointment in Aksaray 10 days ago. My appointment was at 9 a.m., and I went. Unfortunately, they said my Social Security Institution (SGK) wasn't showing up. I was told I couldn't use the supplemental insurance I have an Allianz contract with. They asked for a 1900 TL examination fee. This is just a case of squeezing the blind. What did I do? I went to DÜNYA GÖZ HOSPITAL. I was examined without even paying the copay. I'm not the only one who's been affected by this; there are others too. :(
